Beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three-bedroom home features an open floor plan with modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 79” Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and 32" Smart TVs. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, 79” Smart TV, covered patio with lounge and dining furniture, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.
The outdoor fridge has been removed
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
Please be aware that there may be other occupants renting out the guest suite, which is a separate area attached to the home. There is a door in the main house that leads to the guest suite, but it is locked from both sides.

We, four adult persons, were very happy in that spacious house. Comfortable beds, a wonderful garden with shrubs and palmtrees and a huge gazebo, where we could sit even during short showers. We had all our meals at the solid table outside. No pests inside the house whatsoever! Of course you should look to have the garden door closed in a city so full of lively animals of all size like Miami. We loved our trip!

The host was extremely welcomibg and helpful. He responded immediately and went above and beyond expectations. It was holiday season, and he even went out and bought a Christmas tree for us to put up and decorate to celebrate the season!!!

This one really made our day. We love going the extra mile, especially during the holidays, so hearing that the Christmas tree added to your stay means a lot. Location of the house on the listing was inaccurate. The house was in poor condition. During our stay the heat did not work and was not able to be fixed during our stay. We ended up leaving the house the night of the Jan 3 so that we did not have to stay another night.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry the heating issue put a damper on your stay, especially with the cold weather. That’s a tough break, and we understand why you decided to head out early.
Once the issue came to light, we moved as fast as we could, lining up HVAC support, bringing in space heaters, and staying hands-on to try to get things back on track. Sometimes, even with all hands on deck, repairs don’t land as quickly as anyone would like, and unfortunately that was the case here.
We do want to note that the home’s location in the listing is accurate, but we get how, when things start piling up, it can feel like everything is off. While the situation didn’t unfold the way anyone hoped, the intent was always to make things right and keep you comfortable.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback. Even when a stay doesn’t go according to plan, hearing about it helps us tighten things up and make sure future guests don’t run into the same bumps in the road.

The house is confortable and has a super spacious kitchen, living room and backyard. The neighborhood is calm and safe. Every day I walked around with no problem. The owner is friendly and everything was fine. I just did not have a good experience with VRBO. It’s a plataform where the employees are not well trained.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced, and the listing is extremely misleading—it looks nothing like the photos.I attempted to leave the property on the day I checked in, but neither the rental management company nor VRBO made any effort to accommodate this request. The conditions were unacceptable: visible mold on the air vents, dirt on the walls, and ants throughout the master bedroom and bathroom. When I reported ants in the bed, VRBO informed me this was not considered a valid reason to leave the property.All of the windows are tinted, resulting in little to no natural light. There was no proper cutlery provided—only plastic utensils. Each bedroom has a keypad lock on the door, which made the environment feel extremely unsettling and uncomfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the A/C unit is locked in a control box so guests cannot adjust the temperature.Additionally, the water in the secondary bathroom ran brown. To make matters worse, the rental management company admitted they have never personally been to or inspected the property.Overall, this place is poorly maintained, misrepresented, and not fit for guests. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Thanks for the feedback. We take guest concerns seriously, and once the issues were raised through VRBO, we followed up by phone and message that same day. Some of the things mentioned, like the tinted windows and bedroom keypads, are simply part of the home’s setup. We understand the home was not your cup of tea, but we do not feel it was misrepresented, and we did make an effort to address the concerns that were brought to us.

This house was nothing like the listing
Upon arrival we were unable to locate the pool or the washer and dryer. When the host was advised he mentioned it was not included and removed the photo from the site. The house has many restrictions such as the AC cannot be adjusted, you cannot use the entire driveway, and

The washer and dryer were not listed as amenities, but we understand how the photo may have been misleading. As for the AC, there is a sign in the home regarding the temperature setting, but we understand that guests may prefer to know about this beforehand.
Regarding the restricted area, we get why it might have been confusing. The security system alerted the owner when the door was accessed, which led to a misunderstanding.

Has Mold, Roaches, Horrible place DONT BOOK. Flooding, Health Risk. Bed bugs. Has dead rats.
Me and my family booked this place for a week. We got in there and check in the house was like nothing they advertised. Had molds everywhere. Bed bugs, Dead Rats and lidzards on the kitchen counter dried up for months.
The floors were flooding. I took videos and sent to both the host and Vrbo and no action was taking. Me and my family checked out the next day.
My skin broke out, My wife’s face broke out. Beg bugs. This place should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO BE LISTED ON ANY RENTAL FORUM. The city of miami should close this property down. It’s a serious health harzard.
We complained and called them to come see it. Nobody came. Horrible. I won’t allow my worst e enemy stay here for free. I’ll rather sleep under the dirtiest bridge
