The worse experience
I notified the property manager, Chris, couple of hrs before she k in time that we have arrived to the town. Chris responded back to say he will provide the check in instructions at 4 pm which was the advertised check in time. This worked for us since we wanted to site see and eat lunch before checking in. We arrived at the house at 4 pm and waited and waited for the instructions. I had left messages on the site, text Chris directly and at the end called twice before getting a hold of this guy. 25 minutes later came the instructions on how to open the door and not fall down the stairs if wet. That was all that we got. The place was so dirty with long dog hair all over that we vacuumed and went to the store and bought swifter wipes to mop before unpacking. Later that day I reached out again asking for internet password. No response from Chris. I called Vrbo who attempted to reach out to the owner and still no response. We did not enjoy our stay at this place because of false advertisement and lack of professionalism from the manager! Do NOT recommend this location unleas they change management and provide what they advertise.
