This is IT is located in Paradise Pointe, a gated mountain retreat at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. All 19 rentals share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun!



The Space:

Welcome to This is IT Cabin, a charming retreat designed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living room with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for cozy evenings or additional guests. Enjoy WIFI, TV, and Dish Satellite to stay connected and entertained during your stay.



The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a modern walk-in tile shower for ultimate comfort.



Step outside and unwind in the hot tub, cook a meal on the charcoal grill, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. Don't forget to enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets on the rooftop deck!



With a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, This is IT Cabin is the perfect retreat for a small group or family seeking comfort, relaxation, and a touch of adventure.



Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located at Summit, just a quick 2-minute drive from Paradise. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use, with a second charger currently in progress.



We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. Please reach out with details about your pet before booking so we can ensure the perfect stay for everyone!



We provide a starter kit that includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, and starter dish soap & hand soap. Linens and towels are supplied. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, but there is no dishwasher, so we suggest bringing paper products for easier cleanup. Please note, we do not provide oil, salt, pepper, food, drinks, or personal toiletries.



To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we encourage and request all guests to review our house rules before completing their booking. We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.
