This modern house has all the fixings for a fully comfortable stay offering 2 bedrooms with an open plush contemporary design & outdoor yard deck & jacuzzi spa. The space provides tasteful, adaptable decor & furnishings that create a serene, safe, & recreational setting. All the while conveniently located 5-7 mins to MIA Airport, Wynwood, Midtown & Design District. It’s also 10-15 min. ride to Downtown, Brickell, & Miami Beach. Perfect space for traveling individuals, nomads, remote workers, small group/families.
Upon arrival into the house you will be introduced to:
A. The open concept living & kitchen space that has full on entertainment with live cable smart TV (YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc.), an electric fireplace, sound bar, card games, readings and full bar (subject to availability) for use. Also, the sofa is modular and can be rotated to act as a full bed when placed together or 2 separate twin beds.
B . Bedroom 1 acts as a sleeping / office space with a pull out queen sofa bed, work supplies such as whiteboard, 11x17 compatible printer, and general office tools/ utensils. Additional bed sheets and mattress comforter pad are available
C. Bedroom 2 is a sleeping space with queen bed garmented in soft sage egyptian cotton sheets. There is also a private smart TV with live cable streaming services (YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc.).
All windows in each room have been upgraded to hurricane resistant impact windows for additional safety, noise reduction, and cooling/heating retention. The house accommodates parking for 2 vehicles in the gated driveway or front of house. Please do not park in front neighbors driveway or property.
For safety and insurance, there are exterior security cameras located at the front door facing the front entryway and rear yard of the house facing the hottub & deck area.
The house contains a washer and dryer available for use. The kitchen has cooking utensils and pots, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, air fryer and flat bed griddle available. Directions for use can be given on any appliances if needed. The home is also equipped with an advanced water filtration system that provides 100% clean water throughout the entire house directly from the tap making bathing, drinking, and cleaning 100% safe and healthy. Cooler and picnic basket are also available for use upon request/availability.
The yard space is open for use with seating area, wood firepit, bbq grill, and outdoor games such as giant jenga, connect4, cornhole and waterguns for fun in the sun. All yard night lights are solar powered and turn on automatically at night.
- The hottub jacuzzi is available to use and can seat a maximum of 6 people. Please turn off jets and place lid back on jacuzzi after each use. Refer to house rules for more details.
- The grill is a stainless steel propane gas grill with electric ignition and night lights. If you make use of the grill, please make sure to clean it with available scrubber/cleaning supplies and place the cover back on top of it after each use. Propane gas is available as supplies last, replacement tanks are available for $20, please inquire if needed.
Please keep in mind that Miami is a tropical humid climate, so if you make use of any of the outdoor areas please make sure to fully close the doors behind you to prevent insects, mosquitoes, flies, lizards, etc. from coming inside the home. It is also very normal to encounter iguanas, cats, chickens or peacocks all across the city.
There are additional add-ons available as well:
A. Projector w/ streaming services
$25 per day
B. Yard tables (high and low top) and chairs w/ optional cloths, 4 tables available (for small intimate occasions, subject to owner approval)
$15 per table/ daily
C. Pre-arrangements for local specialty services ie. private chef, decorations, masseuse, etc.
$50+/day (subject to requested services), not including fees for chosen service(s).
D. Pack n Play Baby Crib
$75 per stay (5 days or less), $100 (5+ days)
E. Luxury Vehicle Add-on. Example: 2025 Mercedes Benz E-Class. Please reach out to host for more details.
MAIN RULES OF THE HOUSE | PLEASE READ:
A. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the outside of the house. If any residue of smoke scent is present on the interior of the house, a large fee will be issued upon departure.
B. NO PARTIES. A few guests are allowed at maximum of 3 persons outside of the listed members on the reservation. Guests are only allowed through the day or into the night but not overnight. Any additional guest(s) beyond the maximum (4 people) are subject to $100/night per guest. Do not overly blast music out of consideration for the neighborhood. Also moving of furniture is ok as long as it is approved by host/owner and placed back in its original place before departure. Fees will incur if this rule is broken.
C. If you decide to cook and use the kitchen appliances. Please clean up after yourself with the available cleaning supplies. Do not leave a pile of dirty dishes and grime all over the kitchen as this can potentially attract insects into the house. No one wants that. When making use of the washer & dryer, do not place sandy clothes, towels, etc inside it as this can damage the system.
Please note, the air conditioner is a new central adaptive system that does not need to be turned off, it will automatically turn down when no one is home. Turning off the air conditioner on hot days will make the house very humid then creating mold and if identified it will warrant additional fees.
Also if you see the trash can is full, please kindly take it out and place it in the green trash bin out front of the house. Recyclables go in the blue bin
D. The wine & spirits bar is available for guests (age 21+) under two conditions. 1. If a full bottle is consumed during your stay, all is asked is that you replace it, new additions to the bar are always welcomed as well 2. Do not overly and excessively drink to where you become sick, be responsible and know your limits. Lets be real, no one wants throw up & barf all over the place
E. NOT A RECOVERY HOUSE. This home is not suitable or equipped for those looking for post major cosmetic surgery recovery lodging. Minor rehabilitation situations may be considered with host/owner approval.
F. When making use of the yard area:
- Please make sure to not leave food & drinks when finished at the deck, grill or jacuzzi areas as this may attract unwanted wild animals/ creatures especially at night.
- Please be extremely careful to not spill items if you are drinking while using the hottub jacuzzi. Do not place soaps, bubble bath, paper towel inside as this can damage the jacuzzi. DO NOT SMOKE OR EAT in the hottub. If ash, soaps, glass, garbage, smoking materials of any sort and/or food remainings are found in the jacuzzi it will incur a large cleaning/maintenance fee. When you are finished using the jacuzzi, please just make sure to turn it off (both jets & power jets) and place the cover lid back on top of it to keep the water warm, debris & bugs out. WATER WILL GET COLD IF LID IS LEFT OFF.
**Note: During summer months, it is ok to leave the cover lid half open to allow the jacuzzi to air out and prevent it from going into OverHeat mode (OH). If jacuzzi goes in OH mode (107 temperature or higher) allow it to air out and once the temperature reads 106 it will function again normally. There is a scooper available to get any leaves/debris out.
- If you use the grill, please make sure (as sign says) to move grill forward away from green wall to prevent burning it & please make sure to clean the grill (including grates, grease pan) with available supplies & pressure hose and place cover back on after each use. This is in efforts to keep cleaning fees low. If grill has not been cleaned upon departure it will incur additional cleaning fees.
- Making use of the firepit, it just requires firewood (subject to availability), when finished just make sure to put out the fire before leaving it unattended for safety reasons.
G. While children are certainly welcomed at the house. It is imperative that kids are not left at the house alone and unattended by an adult at all times for sake of safety, security, and potential property damage. As adults during the stay, you are responsible for any children under 18 years old that stay and /or come onto the property.
Please just be aware of the general cleanliness and functionality of the home. The house is a modern, clean & tranquil space and we would love to keep it that way for all guests. If there is theft to any article items and/or if additional or speciality cleaning/repair is needed on linens, furniture, walls, kitchen ware & appliances, etc. aside from the standard, it will automatically warrant added fees depending on severity and/or business compromises.
Outside of this, we just want you to enjoy your stay and what the city of Miami has to offer. If you have any questions, arising inquiries/matters, or if local recommendations or attraction advisories are needed, feel free to ask the owner at any time via text or in person if available on site. Owner is not always on site & only occasionally available (mostly in the evening) in the rear suite of the house to address matters. The rear suite of the home is closed & locked off from the remainder of the house & inaccessible to guests. Owner is very respectful, sociable, and will provide all guests with the upmost privacy through their stay.
