3 Bedroom Cottage with feel of being in nature.

Summary:
Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

The Space:
The cottage offers one Master bedroom with a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have tv's. There's a covered porch to sit and relax under, a grill for cooking out and a firepit to enjoy evenings outside. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house. Once you turn in you will see a sign the says WESLEY COTTAGE with an arrow showing you to stay to the right and you will see the cottage and your parking area.

Guest Access:
Key Pad is located on the backdoor which is located around the side under the covered porch. When you walk up you see two double doors keep
going around to the side. Located on the door is the key pad. To light it up touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. You should
receive check in info 48 hours before check in. If you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and peaceful three acre lot with neighbors on each side of the house but spacious enough for privacy.

Other Things to Note:
Guest have access to all space around the cottage. the tennis court is for kids to play on.

Interaction with Guests:
I am always available by phone or text.

This was our second stay at the cottage while visiting family in the area. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and it was convenient to get groceries and takeout. The plus side of the home is that it is pet friendly. Mike, the host, was super responsive to our questions. We will certainly stay at the cottage again when we return to the area in the future.

We really liked the Wesley Cottage. It was beautiful and in great share and clean. The only negative would the the boxed out area in the bathroom that is filthy on top and when we opened the kitchen drawers there was garbage and crumbs. Also, the ceiling fan light in the master bedroom didnā€™t work. And even though the bedrooms didnā€™t have closets we really appreciated the bars to hang clothes in. Would def stay again!

First North Carolina Trip

We stayed at the cottage while visiting family friends in Monroe, NC. The cottage was secluded and a fun place to stay for several nights. The cottage more than accommodated the three of us. Mike was super responsive to our questions. We will certainly stay at the cottage again if we return to the area in the future.

This is my fourth time using a rented property while traveling and this was an excellent experience especially for the reasonable price. It was very private and felt secure. Located between two different town centers, it was convenient to get groceries and takeout. Clean with excellent lighting both natural and artificial. Some of the properties have incredibly flimsy beds and this was not one of them. Solid furniture. The communication I had with the host was prompt and polite and the only minor issue I had was addressed immediately. I would stay here again

The cottage was beautiful and smelled amazing! Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing that could make it better would be a fenced yard. When we return to the area we will 100% book here again!

very nice/peaceful/well equipped

very nice property. getting the fire started was hard as the wood was all damp, but we managed! :) place is great. kitchen is well stocked with things you need to cook. could use a few extra blankets for in the living room. The Tv in the living room is VERY VERY blue. I tried messing with the settings to even it out, but it was no help. That is something that needs to be looked at. Bring fire starters and lighter or matches.

Very brief but fun stay

My husband, step daughter, and I drove to NC from Michigan for our daughter in lawā€™s surprise birthday party. We left Michigan Thursday after work and returned Sunday! But even though it was brief we thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. It was very peaceful so we rested well in between our long drives. It was very centrally located to our event and our sonā€™s home and the surrounding area has everything you could possibly need. The cottage is lovely. I was concerned being on a main road you would be able to hear traffic but not a sound. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great Getaway

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect close to stores where we could get everything we needed. The host was very helpful and would respond right away. The cottage gave us plenty of room and was filled with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely return to this property.

Wedding & Visiting Family

The property is exactly as pictured. The king size bed was very comfortable. Coffee was available with the use of a Keurig machine and coffee pods. Relaxing porch and living area. Everything needed was basically provided including laundry detergent and shower needs. The cottage was very close to several of our family members in the area including the wedding venue so it was the perfect location. The plus side of the home is that it is pet friendly.

Peaceful Private Location

We have stayed at The Cottage for the past month as we are waiting for our new home to be finished. Mike has been very responsive. The check in process is efficient and seamless. The Cottage is nicely appointed with comfortable beds in the three bedrooms. The shower in the Primary bedroom is generous in size. We have enjoyed the peace and privacy of the location. There are several parking spaces available. The location is convenient to Sun Valley amenities including grocery try stores, movie theater and restaurants. We would recommend staying at this VRBO.

The cottage was perfect. So clean and welcoming! It is nice to come to a property that exceeds your expectations. The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. The host, Mike, went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. The setting was so pretty with lots of birds and the lightning bug show at dusk was awesome. Wedding Weekend Retreat

This is a fantastic property. Clean and cozy, super cute, and has all of the amenities. Loved the feeling of being secluded and in the woods even when it is so close to local stores and other venues. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. It's a great location and we will definitely be back!

Double Booked

we were unable to stay in the rental ths weekend due to VRBOā€™s defective software allowing the property to be double booked for the same time period. we arrived to an already occupied rental. The owner apologized, refunded our money and tried his best to find us other accommodations. he was kind enough to offer us a room in their home. we missed our nephews wedding rehearsal and dinner. vrbo needs to review their booking software so it does not allow this to happen again.
