Be right at Sunday River for some of the best skiing!

This is a two bedroom one full bath condo located in building one. Building one is right next to the pool building and this condo is on the end of the building nearest the pool. Just steps away. North Peak is one of the most desired complexes at Sunday River Ski Resort. Fully equipped kitchen makes any meal prep a breeze. Ski lockers are available for renters use. Also in the ski locker area there are some coin operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Condo was very clean, neat & perfect location. Check in & out was super easy. The host left perfect instructions and there was no confusion. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials which made prepping/cooking meals feel like home. Plenty of bath towels were available for all the guests. My group & I loved how convenient the condo was to the trails, it really enhanced the overall ski weekend. Would recommend to anybody looking to experience the ski in-ski out vibe at Sunday River!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was precisely as pictured and incredibly convenient to the pool, mountain (literally, took a few steps up the stairs, clicked in and was skiing). Kitchen was well stocked (despite previous review, there were tons of pots and pans!), everything was clean. Kids loved the pool access, mom and dad loved the easy access to the slopes and everyone loved that we had room to spread out.The company was very responsive (I had to ask about the locker downstairs) and available too! We will absolutely be back here.

Unit nice and easy access to slopes and mountain.Feedback provided to owner to tell people which lockbox to access. Also needs instructions on keys (there were multiple and not all for unit) and for TV operations (there are 3 remotes and need to use 2 to operate).

Sunday River ski trip

My friends and I stayed at the condo for a three day weekend, and the location is even better than you can imagine! The amenities are great, the locker rooms below are useful. We had a phenomenal time and would happily stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very excited about this condo. It is on the first floor of ski-in/ski-out North Peak Condos. Right at the end of the building makes for easy unpacking and quick access to the next door heated outdoor pool (great!). The one thing that was frustrating was the lack of enough (barely) dining materials. The unit sleeps 8. There were 7 of us, but only 6 chairs at DR table. Only 3 dinner forks & 4 salad forks, so just enough to eat with but required using dish washer after every meal. Only 8 dinner plates. And only tiny wine glasses (C'mon, it's vacation!). Also no cookie sheets or large fry pan (for 8?). We're a blended family group so do a lot of cooking in. It was difficult this year. However, the location makes it worth the little frustrations. Comfortable beds & furniture. Well stocked paper goods/bath products.

Great for family ski vacation, convenient location

The location was great. Clean condo. Only bummer was: no hot tub with the pool as there is in other rentals we've stayed in. And no sidewalks on the road from South Ridge. Also good was: it is right near the entrance to the condo for luggage ease, steps from the warm outdoor pool, on the parking lot so we could unlock cars from the condo so we could store skis there. Spacious enough for big family dinners. Didn't notice any stairway noise that others had mentioned. Trash was easy disposal in parking lot. There were enough blankets. No complaints! Except that we missed having a hot tub near the pool, which is a favorite activity at other rentals we have stayed in. And during ice, the grate by the door to building 2 up the hill was slick very treacherous.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked late and this was the only unit available in the building. It is nice but a bit spare. The big problem was noise. It is a corner unit by the exterior door and stairwell. Doors slamming until 2AM and people stomping up and down the stairs. We have rented in this building before and hoped for much better.
