Tucked among the stunning red rock ledges of Kanab Creek Ranchos, CopperTop Cottage is a charming single-story home offering 1,400 sq. ft. of cozy, thoughtfully designed living space. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a basecamp for adventure, this home creates the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time with family and friends.

Step outside and you’ll find yourself just minutes from several hiking, biking, ATV, and horseback riding trails, all within walking distance. The family-friendly, quiet neighborhood is ideal for morning strolls, evening walks, or simply soaking in the serene desert nights under a sky full of stars.

Inside, the cottage comes fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Your furry family members are welcome too — they’ll love the fenced yard and grassy area made just for them. And there’s no better soundtrack to unwind to than the soothing sounds of nature right outside your bedroom window.

The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a spa-inspired bathroom complete with a glass-enclosed shower, classic clawfoot tub, large vanity, and walk-in closet.

With backyard access to some of the world’s most spectacular outdoor adventures, and only minutes from renowned National and State Parks, CopperTop Cottage is your ideal vacation destination in Southern Utah.

Everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals was there. Rooms were comfortable Pet friendly allowed us to bring kitties from Best Friends on overnights to give them a break. These cats are always well behaved. Will stay there again if i come back

Our hosts thought of everything including spices in the well appointed kitchen. The house was clean, the furniture comfortable and new, the patio was well furnished, and the neighborhood was safe with beautiful scenery.
We had an official greeter in the back yard.

Comfortable property

Great location to nearby parks and activities. A nice place to unwind after a day of hiking. Would recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kanab!

Kanab - Slots vacation

Had a great stay at copper top. Everything went smooth. No complaints. We weren't there a lot so didn't take advantage of all it had to offer, but would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Lovely!

My husband, dog, and I spent four nights here over Thanksgiving. The location was great, a quiet scenic neighborhood close to anything we needed, including the terrific Bunting Trail. Our dog loved the fenced backyard and we loved seeing deer in the neighbor's yards. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed to make it happen. I'd happily stay here again!

Wonderful location, comfortable house

This is my 2nd time staying there and i came again with a friend because i remember how comfortable it was. We like a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room to relax in after a long day of volunteering at Best Friends. We enjoyed snacks and drinks on the back porch. I hope to bring another friend or same one and stay there again

Perfect Place to Stay

We spent 4 night here. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the beautiful scenery of the Red Rocks all around, the dark night stars and milky way. It is close to town which is a friendly and quaint. Good location to see the N Rim, Bryce and Zion. The host was so nice and easy to work with. All the amenities if home. Thank you!

Great start!

My family (3 adults) stayed here for 4 nights while visiting nearby attractions. This was an awesome location to reach many areas, including many things right around the town that we previously hadn’t known about! The house was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our vacation! Thanks!

Perfect cottage for family getaway

This beautiful home met all of our family's needs and then some! We were so comfortable and loved both the interior decor and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage was super clean and stocked with all of the essentials. We brought our two dogs, and the fenced backyard was perfect for them. The cottage's convenient location allowed us to take day trips to both Zion and Bryce Canyon, as well as other cool destinations like the Best Friends Animal Society. The owners were very nice and promptly responded to communications. We recommend this home without hesitation and hope to return in the future! Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality!

Amazing experience

Extremely clean and comfortable. High quality linens, towels, pillows. Beautiful, homey decor. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Couldn't have been more pleased with this cottage.

Kanab Stay

We liked this location! Very safe neighborhood and my dog loved all of the room in the back yard. There were some minor things like a lot of lightbulbs being out, quite a bit of condensation in the fridge that got some of our food wet, and no laundry detergent that usually comes with an extended stay but overall it was enjoyable. Very quiet safe neighborhood and when we did reach out to the host she responded very quickly!
