The cozy living room is set up with a comfortable couch that is perfect for relaxation. There's a fully equipped kitchen with wine refrigerator, Ninja airfyer, blender, and coffee maker with frother, coffee & tea!
Catch up on your favorite movies and shows in our 75", 43", and 40" TVs with cable TV access.
There's a large separate custom pantry/breakfast area and a shuffleboard table outside.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have king-sized beds each.
Comfortably equipped with full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone.
Swim and dip in the blue inground non-heated pool or enjoy having a delicious bbq together with your friends or family!
High-speed WiFi, washer, dryer, pack n' play, high-chair, and board games are all provided during your stay!

*Pier has a cable lock on the gate to prevent anyone from going on the pier. Please note that the gate to the dock is locked and not accessible to guests.
*The garage is not accessible to the guests.
*PLEASE NOTE: We have NO FENCE around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.
* There are 3 ADT security cameras outside only. These are not monitored by someone 24/7. They are only reviewed if an issue occurs at the property. No security camera inside the house.
***There will be a Noise detection device outside of the property located in the pool/pergola area of the property only. See information from the City of Plantations website.***
*Doors must not be left open due to the risk of lizards and insects entering.
*For long-term stays, a full cleaning is required every two weeks. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. If the cleaner arrives and finds the unit already cleaned, no charge will apply.

What a fantastic place! The house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was perfect for our kids and having a BBQ made it so much more enjoyable.A great option for Miami. We will definitely come back.

Immaculate and comfortable
Seating was more than plentiful and in pristine condition. Beds were supportive. Internal layout and seating provided both privacy and conversation. Kitchen was amply stocked. Towels and linens were ample and in excellent condition. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and uniformly well cared for. Excellent restaurants within 2-3 miles.

Worse thing about our stay here was that the AC was not working upon arrival, and even though we reported it to the property management via VRBO messenger, after 3 hours of back and forth was went they finally took me serious and started to call AC companies. Bottom line AC guy was not coming out until next day in the morning, by then we were already out and rented a hotel for the night as we could not stay at a house with no AC with young kids. This is what happens when you don’t have good quality control and a local property manager in town. It appears they were trying to handle everything remotely but did a terrible job at it.Property seemed nice but for the money your paying for this property the expectations were high and it was a huge let down. Details in maintenance were lacking, BBQ area was not well maintained, master bathroom rain shower fixture was loose and water goes everywhere, remotes without batteries, remote for one of the rooms wall mounted ac mini split unit no where to be found. Best part was the phone number for property management listed in the check in book led to a disconnected phone number.
