Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amazing!

The condo is beautifully decorated! There is a perfect view of the ocean and everything is spotless. This is the best condo that I have ever stayed at and I highly recommend it!!!

Perfect family getaway

This spacious clean & cute condo was perfect for our group of 6 and easily could have fit 2 more. We loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee watching the waves. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and direct access to the beach was very convenient. Close to mini golf, stores, and restaurants.

Amazing stay

Great condo in good shape! Corner balcony gave the best views of the beach. The resort has a great indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Only tricky bit can be parking, as only one car is allowed in the garage, but there is overflow across the street by the arcade. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants.

Last minute trip

We had to evacuate from our initial spot and found this incredible place. It was clean and had amazing views. The kids would just sit out on the patio to take it all in. The staff was incredible to work with. Super easy to contact. I definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was very spacious for the 6 of us. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The location was centrally located. I would definitely stay again and again.

Great place-will stay again

Loved our time here. Unit was clean and very nice. Loved that it’s an end unit. 17th floor offers spectacular views. Elevators are super fast so no long lines.

Fantastic views from 17th Floor!

We had a 4 night stay for an adult baseball tournament. That part is important because we older guys need a comfortable place to relax after a doubleheader. This condo was clean, comfortable, and had stunning Gulf front views! Would gladly stay again!

Surprise Proposal

Nice, relaxing, clean. Not a very long walk to the beach. Security was concerned about the safety of the visitors. Nice stay for our son’s surprise proposal.

The condo was very roomy and nice. The biggest complaint was with trying to get the 2nd parking spot. It is also on the busy strip as far as traffic but there were some places close by within walking distance.

Our favorite place ……. but… the elevators

Our 3rd year staying in Sea Kastle and we all love the condo, view, location and the accommodation for our large crew. It’s always clean, spacious and welcoming! The elevators on the other hand, ridiculous. Our biggest and really only complaint. 2023 was annoying; 2024 was somewhat worse and this year was just nonsense with them. One was always broke down and the other kept getting stuck and 3 of our people wound up stuck for about 20-30 mins before the fire department came and got them out. They’re almost a year expired on the maintenance certificate in all 3 elevators .. something major needs to be done with them .. they stayed piled up with people going down just to go up and vice versa just because all three were never working at once and it took a ridiculous amount of time just to get on one .. and everyone we talked to was complaining about them and very ill about it, as were we. I’m afraid it will hurt Ocean Reef’s business if something isn’t done. Unfortunately, we won’t be back if something isn’t done with them. We climbed many flights of stairs (17) several times and that gets extremely annoying when carrying luggage or beach necessities up and down. Other than that, like I said before, the room is perfect and our favorite go to but Come on, redo the elevators already!

Perfect location. Expect hiccups with company listing.

As is obvious from the listing, this location is managed by a company rather than a host. So expect a week before getting any answers to your questions ahead of time, and if you arrive and the door code doesn't work, you will get an offshore answering service to help you out. On the other hand, once you get into the site (it was only a five-minute delay to be assigned a new door code), the location is gorgeous and impeccably kept! We loved staying here. It had most of the amenities we needed (shampoo is provided, coffee is not) and everything about it matched the description. Nine people spent three days here in perfect comfort. Beach toys and chairs are waiting for you on the balcony, and the hot tub down below is wonderful. We would 100% return here if given the chance. A word to the wise: expect to spend some of your hard-earned money at Amore Doughnuts across the street!! Maybe more than once!!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in PCB

Let me start this off by saying we stayed 5 days in this condominium and spent more than we ever had when we first arrived we had 8 adult (the room sleeps 8 people.) we had also brought 3 children (all under the age of 5) and the parents of the children were forced to leave the condo as fast as we arrived. We continued to pull into the parking garage to at least unload the cars with our belongings. There were four cars which is a reasonable amount for an eight person place. One of the security proceeded to YELL at us for just trying to EMPTY our cars. While the whole situation was getting sorted out with the security the manager decided to take a look at our belongings, lifting up a blanket we had placed over some of our things and making very judgmental remarks. After the children and their parents left and spent an additional 1,000 dollars for a new room we ended up finding numerous ROACHES in our KITCHEN. If I could attach pictures I would. The ice machine in the fridge was broke and the AC couldn’t go lower than 73 but there was no ceiling fans in 2 rooms.

Great location and setup bad communication

The actual condo was spacious, and in a good location in PCB. Cleaning could’ve been better if you walked around without shoes or socks on your feet would be black on the bottom. The WiFi password at the condo is incorrect, but I got someone to message me the correct one on the app. My biggest problem with the stay was the communication from “Vacasa” (who the property is ran by) was terrible. 1 to 2 of the 3 elevators for this 25 story condo were down the entirety of our trip. This was really hard to navigate with my grandmother who uses a walker she would have to stand waiting for atleast an average of 10 minutes every time we went anywhere. The day we were supposed to leave all 3 elevators were out and we did not get to leave until lunch time. There was no communication to us about this we just were stuck on the 17th story. During the elevator problems i called the local number 2 times and left a voicemail and never got a return call. I did finally get an answer from the 1800 number and they assured I’d receive a call, but to this day i still have not. I called after the elevator fiasco when I returned home and spoke with someone who told me I’d get a call back and that has still yet to happen. In summation, if the property managers would communicate better I believe some of this would be fixed, but that has not happened. It’s a great condo in a great location, just be prepared to have problems that will not get resolved during or after your stay.
