Lovely little suite, nice and clean, good appliances. Nice and cool temperature in the mid Summer heat. Gracious and accommodating host. Excellent communication and very friendly.Stairs to the suite are a little steep but there is a solid railing, the sill to step in is a bit high so people with limited range of motion will want to step carefully. If you plan to do a lot of eating in the kitchen is a bit sparse. Plenty of on street parking.Wonderfully deep bathtub!Super location for sporting events, restaurants and shopping but still quiet, an 'out of the way' feeling but surprisingly central. Quite reasonably priced; We would gladly stay again

Basement apartment

Once we found it - it was clean and nice. Bring your own creamer for coffee. Its a basement unit under house with residents staying in the house above - not too bad - but you can hear them I wish I knew it wasnā€™t a shared property- I would have kept looking - but overall; it worked and price was okay - very clean

Too much noise from main floor. Supposed to sleep 4 in 2 BRs but added there was a futon in living room. When we asked for bedding for the futon there was no reply. No mention of how to get to the suite on arrival. Precarious path to the back door and long stairs. Made it difficult for me at 75 with arthritis.

Clean, Quiet and Cozy!

The spot was out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but close to restaurants, grocery stores, and right near to the highway so you could anywhere you needed to go with ease! The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend!

Our Stay

The property was easy to find and central to all of our activities that we were doing on our visit. The property was clean and the owners just let us be to go about. He did provide us with his cell number just in case we needed anything! We will be staying again at this property

Exactly what we needed!

My child had a sporting event at Langley Event Centre. This place was close and really convenient. There is a lot of room so as a family, we were not tripping over each other like we would have in a hotel. Plus, there's a kitchen with a full size fridge. The beds were a bit harder than what we are used to but we got used to them. Another mirror outside of the washroom would be good. Everything was really clean. The shower had good pressure, and there was plenty of hot water. We appreciated the well thought out supplies (kitchen utensils, extra bedding, paper towel, dust ban, laundry soap, etc). Loved all the flowers out front! It seemed like a fantastic and safe neighbourhood, We would definitely stay again. nfridge.

Very nice accomodation

We had a perfect stay during our family visit in Canada. As you can see in the pictures it is in the basement with no daylight, but worked fine for us. Tableware is limited to max. 4 each.

Almost everything was excellent...

...and everything else was good. Remote location was the biggest issue for me, because I didn't have a car.

Great price

The suite was clean and well stocked with towels etc. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Two things to note - the sofas shown in the photos are child size. They are not full size double sofas. Also, the owners were not great at keeping the walk to the suite clear of garbage and recycling. I had family staying there and cleaned up before they came and the garbage bin was overflowing, couldn't fit our garbage upon checkout. Perhaps that's a temporary thing because of the snow? Or because the owner was away and their son was looking after it? The property was clean other than that. We would book it again.

Comfortable and clean place.

This basement apartment in the new house was the perfect space for my business trip. Big kitchen, fast internet, warm, clean, and quiet. 15-20 minutes walk to restaurants and grocery. Would stay here again.
