The flat at the cork oak is the ideal place to stay in Petaluma. Two blocks from the train station and the river / old town, a block from Whole Foods and coffee, easy access to the freeway, but down a long private driveway in peace and quiet. The gorgeous, clean flat receives ample morning sun in the kitchen and living room for your cup of coffee or tea, while the bedroom will receive the afternoon sun.

The flat is accessed from a private entrance directly in front of your reserved parking space. There is a small yard in front of your entrance, with Adirondack chairs, a dining table, and a gas grill for this space. There is a flight of stairs to reach the flat.
Once you are in the unit, there is an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen connected. The dining area is between the two. The living room has a leather couch with a *fold out* queen bed. This bed has wood slats for head and torso, but due to the thinner mattress common to a fold out bed, it is best for smaller persons and children. There is a 55 inch 4k flat screen TV in this room connected to a roku box. There are several free channels with films, news, family programs, etc available on the roku, or just log in with your preferred on-demand service. Internet is via wifi, which is connected to a 1 Gbs fiber-optic service from Sonic.
The bathroom has a larger shower, sink with vanity cabinet, and is stocked basic supplies for your convenience.
The bedroom contains a King sized bed with a comfortable Avocado brand organic mattress, as well as a closet with some hangers, suitcase stands, etc.
We try to keep everything nice, light, and clean!

You have an entire flat to yourself, as well as a private yard and a reserved parking space. There is additional off-street parking available for a second vehicle.

In the heart of the incredible, central, midtown neighborhood. Great food, drink, supermarkets, and coffee, all within a block or two. Get anywhere in town in a few minutes without a fuss. Three blocks to Steamer Landing Park for a nice walk on the water, or walk over the bridge to many attractions.

Very easy access to Old Town Petaluma, to Sonoma and the wine country, to the beach, to the redwoods, and to San Francisco / East bay
