You’ll probably have to pinch yourself into reality as you approach this extraordinary rental property – Blue Dream. Awaken to the possibilities of enjoying this lovely three story home just 350 yards from the Seagrove Beach access. Located in Magnolia Dune, a newer 30A community, this upscale cottage-style home sleeps 12 and is just steps from the glorious Gulf of Mexico.

Before you unpack, enjoy views of the community pool and the lovely landscaped neighborhood from the hanging porch swing and extra Adirondack seating. This picture is as captivating as the interior of this house, which follows the blue theme throughout.

The living area is more than ample with comfy seating around an entertainment area. In addition, the full-scale kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your culinary needs, as is the private back deck, which features seating around the grill.

There are two king primary suites on the second floor with en suite bathrooms. Another bedroom features a quaint queen bed and an adjoining bath. Finally, the third floor features a perfect area for children with two twin-over-twin bunk beds in addition to a sleeping nook with a twin day bed/trundle perfect for a nanny.

Two private balconies allow for more panoramic views of the area. The six-seat golf cart will allow you cruise around the local area with both style and ease. So, make your beach visions a reality with a stay at Blue Dream.

House is gorgeous, lots of space for a big family and in an excellent location. Having the golf cart was a fun bonus to get around. The company was very attentive and responsive during the booking process and during our stay. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is that there were a few broken items that were not able to be fixed during our stay. The sink leaked which worried me about flooding, the ice machine was backed up and not producing and the washing machine was not functional. I know they were going to fix these items after our trip, so it should be a 5 star stay for the next guests:)

Great Home!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this property with a group of seven and found both positives and areas that need significant improvement.The location was excellent — close to local attractions and situated in a great neighborhood. We also appreciated the access to the neighborhood pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Each bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of linens, which was a plus.Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that impacted our stay. The living room furniture was uncomfortable, making it hard to relax after long days out. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped — there was only one kitchen towel for the entire week, no pot holders, and limited utensils and tools, which made cooking difficult. There was also only one bike available (with no instructions on how to lock it) and no guidance about the golf cart key or which beach was closest. We had to call about a beach umbrella because the one at the house was broken.Additionally, the kitchen floor appeared damaged from previous guests, and the rugs throughout the downstairs posed tripping hazards. The laundry room closet was extremely messy. The house claims to sleep 12, but there wasn’t nearly enough seating or space in the main living area to accommodate that many people comfortably.Trash was another issue — there was only one receptacle at the house while other homes had two. When we arrived, the trash was already overflowing and it took several calls to have it picked up, even though it wasn’t ours.Lastly, we’ve stayed at many VRBO properties where the host provides a welcome book or binder with house instructions, local recommendations, and general property info. This home had nothing like that, which added to the confusion.With a few updates and more thoughtful amenities, this property has potential. But as it stands, it fell short of what we’ve come to expect from VRBO rentals. Hopefully,

Great location, nice house, close to Beach

Great location. The golf cart was fantastic to have. Very close to the beach. Pool was quite nice. The house needs a small amount of maintenance but it did not get in the way of having fun. The kitchen and grill were great for making delicious meals at home. We would stay here again!

The house has plenty of space for a group of 9. However..the rugs on the floor is a hazard, they are loose and a fall problem and should be removed. Labor Day Getaway!

This beach house was the perfect size and location for my family’s Labor Day weekend reunion! We’ve been going to the beach for Labor Day for over 30 years and stayed in many different rentals. With 8 people, we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen and living room were very spacious. The golf cart allowed us to get to and from the beach without loading our cars up with sand! I highly recommend this beach house to anyone with a large family or group who needs plenty of space and easy beach access.

Amazing stay

Great location but house needs work

The location of the house was great and the golf cart was a nice perk. This home needs a lot of TLC/maintenance. The front porch swing was broken with dirty moldy cushions and pillows. Upon arrival we tried to use the grill but it was old and not working properly. We also found a Cockroach on kitchen floor within first hour. The home had very little amenities and did not have many family board games. I was thankful that the house had 6 beach chairs even though property listing said there were only 2. I think renters may have bought them and left them behind. Also one beach umbrella wasn’t enough for our family of 7 so we had to purchase another umbrella and left it behind for the next renters.

The house was great and met all our needs. We loved the location. The only bad thing I could say is there is no parking for the golf cart at the beach access.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the property

We pulled in to find that the blinds on the front door were broken & crooked & immediately saw a giant bag of linens sitting by the front door awaiting pickup by housekeeping. The nice perks - the neighborhood pool directly across the street, a high chair left from a previous renter, beach furniture, golf cart, & location proximity to several beach access points (2 min.!). But the bag of linens took until Thursday (5 days after check-in) to be picked up (despite 3 phone calls). Most upsetting was the porch swing. It was hung crookedly & the swing cushions & pillows were incredibly moldy & dirty - equally disgusting was the large rug on the front porch - a non-outdoor rug being used for that purpose. It was soggy (the entire week!) & so dirty that none of us could bring ourselves to step on it. Other elements about the property that we found strangely unkempt included: 1.) A curtain rod in the master bedroom that was crooked & coming out of the wall on one side 2.) All four banisters were covered in dirt that looked like it had never been cleaned. 3.) The fence in the backyard was falling down on one whole side. I don’t know how many issues are related to housekeeping or management. We alerted them early of many issues but had to call twice more before anything was acted upon. As of today (2 days since checkout) we’ve been refunded the $112 ‘cleaning fee’ - ironically- as a way of apologizing for our dissatisfaction. We will not be renting with My Vacation Haven again.

Great location!

Great location! You can take bikes or golf cart to beach accessible locations, shopping, dining or supermarket. The house plan is perfect for families with children and grandparents. It comes with everything you need at check in, kitchen, bath and laundry supplies to last 2 to 5 days. The house is beautiful and even prettier than their posted pictures. We met a lot of wonderful people, some who even own their homes. The pool is a perfect place to meet everyone and relax! Great place!

Vacation stay

We loved our stay. Perfect accommodations for our family. We appreciated that the owner provided a high chair at the house for our granddaughters. Golf cart and gas grill were great. Large kitchen was wonderful. Bed swing on porch was used by everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The only negative is that the washing machine made lots of noise and even made some clothes smell bad — it probably needs to be replaced. Otherwise a great vacation home. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

What a dream!!!

From the property itself to the location to the beach this house was exactly what our family needed for a few days away! Plus the golf cart was an added bonus that our kiddos loved! Sipping coffee on the porch swing or grilling burgers out back left us feeling refreshed and recharged. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Beware of false advertising

Great house, great location. However, the listing on vrbo specifically stated that bikes came with the rental, and the listing included pictures of bikes parked beside the golf cart. When we tried to use them, they were chained but no codes provided for the locks. After multiple unreturned calls, I finally got someone who said that the bikes were left from a previous renter who did not return them, and that the property does not actually include bikes. She said the pictures were outdated, but she had no answer for why the description on vrbo stated that the rental included bikes (which I later confirmed to make sure I had remembered correctly). I realize I am making a big deal of this, but the bikes were a big reason that we picked this property over others, so the false advertising, poor communication, and obvious lies from the rental company were disappointing. Very nice house, though.
