Unwind in this stunning 2,500 sq/ft, two-level retreat, perfect for families and groups! Nestled near Lake Jeanette, this home boasts a bright, open layout with a cozy fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, elegant dining area, in-unit laundry, and a dedicated workspace. The main-level primary suite features a queen bed, luxurious shower, tub, and walk-in closet, plus a convenient half bath. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms with queen beds, smart TVs, and walk-in closets share a jack-and-jill bathroom, with the 3rd and 4th bedrooms connected for family-friendly convenience.

The space

At 2500 sq/ft and 2 levels, this Luxury Lake Jeanette Retreat features a bright and open floor plan with plenty of space for big groups to relax together, or have some time apart. This home is the perfect example of a Luxury Villa . The living room is perfect for the family to relax with a large TV over the fire place, separate dining room, Kitchen with an island, stainless appliances, huge laundry room with washer and dryer, and last but not least for those who travel with work, a dedicated office work space.

On the main level, you will also find a the master suite with a queen bed, shower and a tub in the master suite, and a large walk-in closet that is convenient for those who are less willing to climb stairs. The downstairs also features a half bathroom for additional convenience. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms all with walk-in closets, and with Queen beds and large TV’s. The upstairs has 1.5 jack and jill bathroom.

House Rules for a Memorable Stay

1) Accurate Guest Count: Report all guests, including daytime visitors. Unapproved guests incur a $125 fee per person or may lead to reservation cancellation.

2) No Events or Parties: Events, parties, or weddings are prohibited without prior approval. Lets us know if you have any questions.

3) No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or burning incense is not allowed. A $500 fine plus damages applies for violations.

4) Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out requires pre-approval. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes past 10 AM.

5) Pet Policy: Pets welcome ($105/pet/stay, additional pets charged post-booking for reservations with more than one pet). Leash pets in unfenced areas, clean up waste ($150 outdoor/$300 indoor fee if not), and crate pets if left unattended. Puppies under 1 year not allowed.

6) Quiet Hours: Keep noise low from 9 PM to 9 AM to respect neighbors.

7) Property Care:
- Linens/Towels: Remove makeup before use to avoid stains; fees apply for damaged items.
- Kitchen: Avoid food/oil in drains. Run dishwasher with dirty dishes before checkout.
- Spills: Clean spills on wood floors immediately.
- Bedrooms: No eating/drinking in bedrooms. Remove shoes indoors, especially on rugs.
-Laundry: Place used linens/towels in the washing machine before checkout.

8) Prohibited Items: No glitter/confetti; cleaning fees apply if found.

9) Guest ID: Provide a copy of your ID before arrival for security.

10) Biohazard Cleaning: Fees apply for cleaning biohazards (e.g., vomit, blood).

11) Foosball Table: Store accessories and cover table after use.

12) BBQ Grill: $50 use fee (waived for 7+ day stays). Clean grill and provide photo proof; $50 cleaning fee if left dirty.

13) EV Charging: Notify host in advance. Fee: $0.43/kWh + $10 service fee, billed post-stay with charging bill screenshot.

14) Parking: Park only in designated areas (driveway). No street parking overnight.

15) Property Damage: Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repair costs.

16) Thermostat: Do not adjust thermostat settings below 70 degrees in the summer.

17) Trash: Place bins curbside Sunday evening and return Monday afternoon, if applicable.

18) No Commercial Use: Do not use the address for shipments without permission.

19) Firepit Use: Firepit available with host approval for a $25 use fee per stay (waived for 7+ day bookings). Complimentary firewood provided. Guests must fully extinguish fires, never leave unattended, and clean ash/debris after use; provide photo proof. A $50 cleaning fee applies if left dirty. Misuse or damage incurs a $100 fee.
