Welcome to our newly furnished and beautifully decorated one-bedroom condo in the sought-after Base Camp One building at Granby Ranch. Enjoy unbeatable ski-in/ski-out and bike-in/bike-out access. Centrally located in Grand County, this unit is a perfect base for year-round activities. Nearby attractions include Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, and more, all within a 30-minute drive.
Top floor location means a quieter stay. The condo offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout couch in the living room. Elevator accessible and luggage carts available for your use.
Pool and Hot Tub at Ranch House at Granby Ranch : Cost is $15 per person per day 8 years and younger are free. Parking Notes: There is a strict 1-car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo.

Check- in instructions are sent via email from SkyRun 2 days prior to arrival.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice & cozy condo next to the slopes. Check in and out process went smoothly. We had garage access and our own locker to store our ski equipment which was very useful. I don’t think the ac unit works but didn’t really need it. Recommend having pillow cases for all the extra pillows since we used them. Gave 4 stars since there was only cold water the first night and was unable to take a shower. There is hot water in the mornings. When we get back to the unit from a fun filled day there is only warm water and then it gets colder from there. Only cold water after about 8pm. The slopes are great for a family learning how to ski.

Granby Ski Vacation

This is a very functional property. We loved the ski-in/ski-out and the locker rooms make it very convenient. The garage parking is a plus since it snowed a bunch while we were there. The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed for meal prep. Our only complaint is that the thermostat did not seem to function properly. There was no cool setting and even with the thermostat at it lowest setting the room stayed about 73-75F which was a bit warm for us at night. They did have fans which made it bearable. Overall a good stay. Granby is the perfect family friendly ski resort.

Not what it looks like in the photo :(

This could have been a nice place, except for the disgusting dirty carpet, worn & stains, throughout the condo. YUCK!!!! Shower door coming off the hinges. It was not installed correctly.Maintenance did come to check it out, but never came back to take it off & install a shower curtain, as stated they would do. This certainly could have been a real danger , had the door had fallen off. It took 12 times to enter condo, due to the dark area & not being able to tap in code without it rejecting it. Poor design. It took calling the property manager & they explained this issues. Instead of letting us know in the e-mail sent to us.Very little kitchen items & those that were there were old/wore out.5 bath towels for 2 people for a week. WOW!

A Little Piece of Heaven

The view was stunning! The property was clean and had everything I needed. I did have problem accessing the hot tub and pool but it was the off season for the resort. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Anniversary Weekend

Accommodations were very comfortable and peaceful. The views were great. Base Camp One offered a great place for dinners as well. Very pleased with the condominium unit and its surroundings. Look forward to staying again.

First Ski Trip!!! Best experience!!!

We loved our room and all the amenities!!! Great for family and first time skiers. The parking garage and ski locker was great for our trip!!! We really enjoyed ski school and our ski instructor Natalie was great for our private lessons. This unit was spacious for a one bedroom unit. We will definitely try to say again in the future. We only went to the pool and hot tub one day bc it’s $10 per person per day. We did have to leave a day earlier due to the winter storm to get to the airport. We had the best time and made lots of memories. I would definitely recommend this unit and ski resort.

Great condo right on the slopes

My family enjoyed staying at this condo. Great decor, clean, and has all the amenities you would need for a great stay. Best part of the condo it is just steps to the slopes.

Granby Vacation

The photos of this unit do not do it justice. It is was much bigger than expected. It was clean, a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The customer service from SkyRun was impeccable. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding vacation property !

We were at this outstanding ski in ski out property at Granby Ranch in September. It was a great time of the year to be here. Lots of things to do like hiking, fishing, biking, and sightseeing. We enjoyed our time in the condo., at the pool and in the restaurant/ bar. Highly recommend!!

Property smelled awful.

Property smelled terrible. Construction noise was very loud. No mention of this in description. Pool house was locked and no one there to allow us to use it. Stay anywhere else.

Nice building. Nice condo. Clean, well-maintained, and well stocked. Conveniently located in the middle between Rocky Mountain National Park and WinterPark. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning and the condo was stocked with everything we needed.

So close to the lifts

With two young kids, it's amazing to be this close to rentals, lessons, and the lifts. No wasting time and energy trudging across vast parking lots, taking shuttles, and still having to get through a village. It's all right there. Appreciated the games and toys, the soaking tub, and kitchen with everything we needed.

Beautiful location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The place we equipped with everything you could need, very clean, and the bed was comfy. The area is gorgeous and we got to enjoy the Bluebird restaurant near by that had a great patio with views and live music. We loved that it was a quick drive to the little town of Granby and we made it out to Grand Lake easily too. Here were some cons 1. Vacasa did not sent our check in email. Not a huge deal but when you are trying to have a stress free vacation, worrying about check in codes not being delievered to you is just added stress. 2. There was construction going on right in front of the condos that started at 6am on monday and tuesday. I understand disclosing this info might cause you to lose out on bookings but it made it impossible to have "sleep in" mornings or enjoy your time in the condo while on vacation. 3. The elevators were not fully operational. You could go up to the 3rd floor but you couldn't ride it down unless you took the stairs to the second floor to hop on it. Not a major issue until check out with having luggage, coolers...ect... I know this is not the condos owner issue as it is an overall builidng issue but its worth mentioning. 4. The parking permit was not in visible sight when we came into the condo. We had to search all over for it and found it shoved between board games. That would have been a second call to the property management to get that if we hadn't cound it because if not you chance being "booted" in the garage for not having a permit. So again added stress that could have been avoided. 5. As I should have read in all of the reciews there is no AC. This might be ok during winter snow months where the heater is only needed. But even 80 degree days in the mountains get pretty warm making it a little uncomfortable even with the patio door and bedroom window open and the fans on. Again this was my fault for not throughly reading the reviews about this previously :) Overall we did enjoy our stay and the place itself is very nice. We truly appreciate how clean it was. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful, restful stay

Came in the off season for a wedding and the facilities were wonderful. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. Had everything we could need in the kitchen. All was very clean and cozy. No AC but fans worked well.

Great stay!

This is our second time staying in this unit. It's clean, comfortable and a perfect location. The first time it was just my husband and myself, but this trip we brought my 14 year old step-daughter who was in town for spring break and there was still plenty of room for the 3 of us. We try to visit Granby at least twice a year and would definitely stay here again.

You will need to know your unit number and length of stay upon check-in.-Cost is $10 per person per day 8 years and younger are free-Guest will need pick up the key at Ranch Hall from between the hours of 8-4:45-Guest will need to return key daily or they be charged.Please note: In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
