This house is a part of The Galena Territory Association, and guests will have access to the amenities. The house is located along the north branch of the lake, with great views and an awesome outdoor space! It's very quiet and peaceful.

You'll get a personalized access code for the smart lock 3 days before check-in.

There are 2 parking spaces in the garage, and at least another 5 in the driveway. Be sure to park on the property (not on the street) to avoid needing any permits or potential fines.

The main level features the fully-stocked kitchen that’s open concept and perfect for entertaining, dining area, large family room with fireplace, and master bedroom. This is the perfect place to relax indoors and enjoy the views!

The upper level features a loft with TV and games, 3 spacious bedrooms (1 with a king bed and en suite bathroom and the other 2 with a shared bathroom, 1 of which has a king bed and the other has 3 twin beds), and beautiful wood paneled office.

The walk-out lower level features an amazing game space (pool, ping pong, and board/card games), a wet bar, and even more comfy couch space and fireplace to just relax. There are 2 more bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the other has 3 twin beds) and a bathroom on the lower level.

Enjoy all the Galena Territories has to offer while also enjoying your quiet oasis! This house comes with 12 guest passes so you won’t have to buy any extra! There are bike trails starting a quick ride from the house. The Galena Territory Owners Club is a quick 6 minute ride away. The Marina is just 5 minutes. The north and south golf pro shops are just 5-6 minutes. The Shenandoah Riding Center is 10 minutes. And you can get to the quaint little downtown Galena in 10-12 minutes. You’re right in the middle of everything while still having the space to get away from it all!
