Guest Access & Amenities

Guests have full access to the property during their stay, with the exception of two linen closets in the main house and one storage closet in the garage.

• High chair and pack ’n play

Before each stay, the home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure everything is in excellent condition.

Policies & House Rules

Pomona Oasis is located in a quiet neighborhood and is designed for families and groups looking to relax, not for parties.
• Quiet hours: 9pm – 8 am (sports court lights turn off automatically at 9 pm)
• No parties: Unauthorized gatherings will result in termination of stay and fees
• No smoking or illegal drugs inside or outside
• No unauthorized guests

Pool Heating
Available Sept–April for $100/day to 80-83°F (3-day minimum). Payment is requested before arrival.

Internet Use
High-speed WiFi provided. Guests may not illegally download content; violations result in fines.

Security
Exterior security cameras are in place at the front entryway, side driveway, and back gate for safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in pool/patio areas.
