A Home away from Home!

Although the parking spaces were limited when returning at late night. Property was clean inside and out, was very accurately described, the space was awesome. The pool was very much enjoyed during early quiet mornings.We will definitely be back!Thank you…..Ejones

It was good. The place was a comfortable stay for 6 of us. Knocked off a star for cleanliness, it didn’t feel very clean. Overall it was ok for a quick few days out to Disney.

The house was nice, but furniture needs to be replace it’s worn down also the internet stayed down our entire stay which wasn’t good for the kids. Other than that we had a great time and will stay again!

Not too close

The property was very nice and well kept. I appreciate the kitchen having the necessities. The beds were comfortable.

Multi Family Stay

We rented this place as our hub for a soccer tournament. At the last minute, we had another family of four join our family of 6. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable for all of us, and the host was quick to reply with a new gate pass for the additional family. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Difficult Check In

Overall the property met our needs. However, the check in process was poorly managed. After being assured, in writing, that our names were with security for entry, when we arrived we were told we needed a QR code to enter. When I called the management company, the individual on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. It took over 30 minutes to resolve. In addition, the furniture in the house was extremely dirty. When I sent a text to owner, I did not hear back for three days..

First impressions...great, after having to find QR code to get into the community, but that was on me; I had not carefully read the prior email; after reaching out to property manager, QR code was quickley sent to me again; we entered the gate fine. The townhouse was welcoming with soft lighting in the living area/bedrooms; beds were prestigiously made-up as I previously reported to manager; the dining table was graciously set which added to the appeal of home. Before the rest of my party arrived, my husband and I did as we do when first setting up at a rental, we wiped down door knobs, handles, faucets, etc., countertops in kitchen and baths; my husband was the first to report that the wipes were relatively clean after the wipedowns including handrail, but I had discovered the same, which was impressive to us both! The floors appeared clean of any dust/grit; most impressive were corners/baseboards free of dust, although to be fair this was a quick glance, no white glove testing. The only negative appearance to uncleanliness was the wear/tear of sofa sectional, a clean look would be great; it was a comfortable couch; however, as I have mentioned to property manager, I pulled out the extra sheets I use during travels and covered sectional for cleaniness; sometimes I use coverings for protection for nice furniture. Major negativity was the very slow draining tub in first floor bath, upstair tubs were fine. Beds were great! We did not use kitchen, no report/comments for kit.
