Me and my daughter stayed for 4 nights and 3 days . We absolutely enjoyed ourselves . I was truly able to reset and rest and just enjoy the nice serene atmosphere that Hope house has to offer . Craig , our host was always available when we had questions and very accommodating to us . We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back as my daughter attended the LightBox Convention that takes place at the Pasadena Convention Center every year .

Wonderful

This property is special. Our second time staying and it was thoroughly enjoyable. We spent lots of time in the pool and jacuzzi. Craig is a wonderful host and was attentive to all of needs. Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable

We stayed for two weeks, the guest house is clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were wonderful people, and clearly take good care of the place and their guests. We had two little dogs with us and they also had a great stay.

Sweet haven

Amazing place to rest and reboot after the Eaton fire. Craig and Corey were kind and accommodating and their lovely spot got us through some tough days. Highly recommend Hope House.

It's my second time staying and I hope it's not the last. Love this place. Owner kindness/warmth/communication (and wit to boot!) are all amazing.

Rebecca is one of our first "more than one time" guest and it is lovely to have her once again. She is polite, tidy and respectful and it is always a joy having her stay with us.

Lovely Oasis

Beautiful property with wonderful hosts. We could not have been more pleased with the delightful options the Hope House afforded us for our family Christmas. Craig and Corey were exceedingly helpful, thoughtful and considerate hosts who aim to make your stay as carefree as possible.

Best stay in SoCal!

Craig and Corey have created the most perfect oasis right in South Pasadena. We can't express enough how amazing these accommodations were. They were both very attentive to our needs and made sure the house came equipped with every essential. Super peaceful, with easy access to the freeway and great local eateries. Highly recommend a stay at the Hope House!

It was wonderful having Emily, her mother & Grandmother stay at Hope House. They were very kind and thoughtful . It was an important occasion for them. We are pleased that this home offered the solitude needed.

Perfect location to the Rose Bowl

If you are going to the Rose Bowl, or Downtown Pasadena this is the perfect place to stay. It has a fun, modern vibe and beautiful yard. It was also fun to cook in their kitchen! We didn't use the pool or yard much bc it was cold and gloomy for most of our stay (we're from Arizona, LOL) but the hot tub is really nice and owner will gladly heat it for you when you want to use it. Highly recommend staying at this hidden gem :)

Truly Special

We stayed at Hope House during our wedding weekend and absolutely loved it. We wished we had more time to spend at the house! Corey and Craig have made this such a wonderful, serene place. You can really feel the love and care that’s been put into all the small details. Excellent communication and cleanliness as well.

Glamorous fun!

My husband and adult son stayed for several nights. Beautiful little house, very comfortable and very clean. Complete and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the wonderful outdoor jacuzzi in the garden before bed every night. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Pretty neighborhood for walking. Craig and Corey are wonderful hosts. I hope to go back next year!

Impeccably designed stay with a warm welcome

What a beautiful space! Every detail has been spared no expense. Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a great relaxing time, plus a warm welcome basket with wine was awesome! We loved the location, as its walkable to downtown Pasadena an an easy drive to Glendale, or downtown LA. Corey was a warm, communicative, and was very thoughtful during our stay. We would love to come back someday for some more R&R!

Perfect South Pasadena Getaway!

Hope House is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Los Angeles area. This unique and beautiful South Pasadena getaway is private, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located in picturesque South Pasadena. No matter what you want your stay to entail — taking in the wide variety of attractions in the Los Angeles area, shopping and dining in Pasadena, enjoying outdoor activities in the local San Gabriel Mountains, or having a quiet holiday with peaceful walks through South Pasadena, Hope House is the perfect place to put up your feet, relax, and refresh. Hosts Corey and Craig are incredibly welcoming and responsive, while respecting their guests’ privacy. We felt well taken care of, safe, and so at peace during our stay at Hope House that we will be sure to return. Thank you, Corey and Craig, for an excellent stay in your wonderful guest house!

A True Oasis, even better than the pictures!

Corey and Craig’s guest house is stunning through and through. So many beautiful details. Stocked and modernized kitchen: so much space! The glamorous bedroom, the ample closet space, floor to ceiling gorgeous windows. Beds - super comfy, lots of towels. The main house is on a busy street but you would never know it staying in this tucked away, charming Hope house. The gardens, jacuzzi,and pool areas are so romantic and stylish, like something out of a movie. Craig was so generous with his communication and helping us check in a little early as we had our two cats with us due to fire evacuations. They left us a basket full of yummy treats, a lovely note, the greatest hosts! We live close by in Altadena but we want to come back as we loved it so much! Thank you!

Fabulous Guest House!

What an amazing place! This guest house captures the bungalow vibe of the neighborhood yet is thoroughly modern and spacious with high ceilings and huge glass doors that look out on the pool and arbor.The layout, design, and materials give a sleek but zen feel - so relaxing! We strolled the neighborhood checking out all the wonderful large bungalow houses and the nearby community garden. Some great restaurants are within walking distance and it was nice to walk off the food! The house was stocked with everything from spices, to all kinds of soaps, bottled water, and even a basket of nice snacks. The Pasadena area is known for their wild parrots and you can definitely enjoy them here. So fun - I hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Luxurious Oasis

We flew in from the Boston area to visit friends and travel around, as well as to catch some relaxing down time together. We were unexpectedly overwhelmed with The Hope House; a serene oasis where we felt immediately transported, yet located within a neighborhood of beautiful homes and walking distance to great restaurants etal. Upon entry, across the well designed great room, you see the large glass doors appearing like a wall of windows, bringing the outside into the space. The backyard has seating/lounging areas, a fire table, a pool/hot tub (which we used often), and is surrounded by pergolas, greenery and the sight & sounds of Pasadena's wild parrots among other birds - all enhancing our experience of a peaceful escape from a busy life. The space has a modern aesthetic with high ceilings and high end features/appliances. We had our friends over a few times and found the space easy to entertain in with all the amenities that one needs in the kitchen and bath area (plus unexpected extras)! The space is so engaging, even our guests wanted to hang out longer both inside and out! Craig and Corey curated a delightful environment with thoughtful touches throughout - demonstrating their creativity and hospitality, and inclusive of a personalized card & gift basket when we arrived! They were as attentive and available as we needed, and clearly lovely people. We are looking forward to returning when we can, in part to indulge ourselves once again in their magical Hope House.
