Located adjacent to the famous Holiday Market you'll have easy access to just about anything you need. With downtown Royal Oak only a stone's throw away there's plenty to see and do. Lots of shopping, dining, and nightlife, plus the theaters for music, movies, comedy, and plays, be sure to check for festivals which happen frequently and are a lot of fun!



You're about 1/2 mile to the center of downtown Royal Oak. You can walk to the most popular activities in about 10 minutes including the Detroit zoo, Emagine movie theater, and central downtown.
