⭐️About the property :
As you turn down the driveway there is a breathtaking view of a “Mickey Mouse,” shaped pond surrounded by gorgeous & very well manicured grounds.

🌴This is a * quiet & peaceful * working family tree farm that caters to the “Exotic Wild-Date-Sylvestris Palm Trees.” These are indeed the most beautiful palm trees in the world!🌴

There is a carport, for your vehicle. The log cabin and carport have metal roofs.

When you enter your space you are taken by surprise. We underwent a modern renovation! It is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable!

The master bedroom has a queen bed with Tempur-pedic mattress, white Egyptian cotton linens, comfortable pillows, hypoallergenic goose down comforter, and velour throw. SO COMFTY!!

Living Room: large, comfortable, L-shaped sectional to accommodate the whole family!

Kitchen: top-of-the-line brand new stainless steel appliances , fully stocked with all the amenities you should need. Just bring your own food!
Water and basic condiments provided, for your convenience.

Dining Room: Custom made “eat- in -kitchen,”
bar top table , w/ 4 comfortable white leather and steel bar stools.

Bathroom:

-We put in the biggest jetted tub we could find! Awesome pressure and so relaxing! Also, when you run the Jets the hot water keeps heating while circulating so you don’t need to add more to keep it hot! The perfect way to unwind after a long day.

-There is an LED light up mirror over the custom-made vanity which has plenty of space to organize your toiletries.
- The overhead exhaust fan/light combo is on a separate switch for your convenience.
- White, quality bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided.

⭐️ Animals under 25lbs welcome. $100 total pet fee, as a DEEP clean is required (for allergenic issues).

⭐️$100 cleaning fee (I have the space professionally cleaned in-between guests for your comfort and safety).

⭐️ Damage protection plan:
The $59 (you pay) for the damage protection plan covers up to $1500 (VRBO pays) in damages/ incidentals that may occur.

Stay in our beautiful, quiet, country beach town. Beat the "hustle & bustle," of Orlando while only an hour drive away from all the amusement they have to offer. Keep in mind, Orlando has no beach.

We are located only 5 minutes from the intercostal water way : fish, swim, BBQ

10 minute BEAUTIFUL drive from our local Wabasso Beach fully equipped with rest room facilities, showers & life guards.

Also, there is a darling little sandwich shop on premise.

2 minutes from the Inian River Fair grounds with many interesting events/ activities.

Many golf courses in our surrounding area.

15 minutes from an array of restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, art & museums,…everything from day spas to night life!

Once again , everything has been carefully prepared with your safety, and comfort in mind.
