Pickleball courts @ Dr MK Conklin Park (2 min drive/6 min bike) We have 4 paddles/balls available in garage
Grocery Market, Waterfront and Takeout Restaurants, Gas Station, ATM all within 1 minute drive
Hit the Road Joe on Elm for Fantastic Pizza and Breakfast
Newaygo State Park and the renowned Dragon Trail ~10-minute drive
ORV Trails ~15-minute drive
Newaygo Brewing Co. ~12-minute drive
Coolbough Natural Areas ~10-minute drive
Accessible Boat Launch ~5-minute drive
Other Things to Note:
-While we take a great deal of care for the places at Alpine Resort, if you're seeking a perfect flawless place or are super high maintenance this is not the place for you.
-This is a resort with 4 separate buildings being rented at times however there is still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the grounds, reference overhead photos if you have questions on layout.
-The resort is located on a busier road which does cause some daytime noise.
-This is a rural area so internet service is sufficient but not as fast as it would be in the city.
-MUST HAVE 1 adult occupying each unit at all times
-$15/per person/per night over 16 guests.
Interaction with Guests:
The owners will always be a text or call away if any issues arise however our desire is to give each guest privacy and space to enjoy themselves within the confines of the house rules.

We refer to ourselves as the Grandski's which is a combination of our last names. Brandon and Becca, Matt and Katie are the owners and good friends. We love to enjoy the property with our large families when it is not being hosted to our valued guests! We have a desire to provide a well-rounded experience to all our guests that would suit our families as well. We aim to treat others as we would want to be treated and live out our Christian faith through the hospitality of this property.

We commonly have guests who say they "fell in love with our property and surrounding area". Whether it's the spotless and simple yet well-maintained accommodations, the sparkling water views, or the peace and serenity of getting away in the north woods yet still being central to dining and activities. We agree this property certainly holds a special place in our hearts and our hope is to share a piece of that with each new arrival!
