Moonbreaker Beachfront home in quiet Roads End Neighborhood. This Romantic Cape Code home has private stairs to the beach. Large windows & decks for your enjoyment of surf & sand views or spectacular sunsets. Gourmet kitchen with new oven/ range faces oceanfront. Wifi. Cable includes ESPN! Your escape opens to slated entries with marble floors and light, open, airy rooms with vaulted ceilings that opens to a large deck leading to private beach stairs! Melt in the comfy furnishings while watching the big screen TV! Large master bedroom with 4 post bed, JETTED TUB for 2, private deck and entertainment system! Cozy fireplace in Master bedroom. Truly a master bedroom! Also a 2nd roomy queen bedroom with full bath. Completely furnished with linens and towels, as well as a starter kit of paper products.
4 guests max including stop by visitors.
Please avoid leaving a single night gap during Spring Break, July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here before. The house is very clean and well furnished. Love the view and the private access to the beach. Just a couple of little things. Might want to keep a fly swatter in the house, had several of them inside when we arrived. Went to a couple of stores to buy one but no one carried them. The key to the front door does not go into the back door,Actes like the tumblers in the door knob are not working well.

This place us a piece of heaven. Be careful on steps to beach but otherwise it was amazing. I would do it again. This was centrally located to many destinations. Depoe bay..casino.

Great beach access. Stairs are a little over grown with blackberries so be careful of little ones getting snagged when headed to the beach. Overall great house

Thank you for the great review and your stay at Moonbreaker. Your Heads Up on some blackberries is so helpful. I'm headed there with my clippers. Very fast growing this time of year. See you again another time for a fun beach trip.

A great location, pretty quiet overall. Cleanliness was good, but not great, found things around randomly including a treasure map from a prior guest. Couch blankets didn't look clean and I never like it when the bedspread cover is not removable for cleaning, I doubt those have been cleaned given how bulky they are. Karen (the property manager) was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house was well equipped in the kitchen for cooking at home which we enjoyed.

Thank you for staying and the feedback on your stay. It's great you loved the house and how nicely it was stocked with supplies. I'm making sure to check that a thorough clean , sanitized and sparkly are done asap. Blankets are on a regular rotation . They are big and bulky but they have to be clean and sanitized. I'm the property manager and check personally to make sure that happens. Hope you can make it back for another beach getaway and arrive to a wonderfully clean Moonbreaker.

Great place, very simple. Nothing fancy which is what makes it perfect. House could use a little updating, the bed wasn't great super comfortable. But we defiantly enjoyed the house and the location.

Thanks for the review . I'm happy you loved the Moonbreaker beach house and that huge beachfront view. Thanks for your thoughts on the bed. I have not heard that previously but will check out the frame because it's a newer high end mattress. Hope to see you back for another beach getaway.

It was a great home base for daytrips along the coast. The house was beautifully cleaned and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was perfect from both inside the home and out on the decks. I was worried that the houses on either side would block part of our view, but the only thing they did was help block the wind while we sat outside. It was perfect!

Excellent location. Beautiful view as it’s right on the beach. Lovely sunsets. Comfy beds and nice big soaking bathtub. The kitchen is also really nice with a big island.
