Great location, easily accessible, would highly recommend. Would like to note that our daughter is disabled and this worked well with her. Lots of plugs for her equipment. The showers are amazing as well.

Comfortable Camping

Great accommodations for a tent. Beds were very comfortable! Management responded promptly to questions or concerns.

Loved it

I have no complaints. As someone who normally tent camps, it was a new experience. The structure was great, the rooms were cozy and it had all amenities we could have asked for. The outdoor area was perfect. Great location in between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. I would much rather stay here than in a hotel.

Excellent stay for the price

The set-up is great for a large group or family. A microwave or grill would make it perfect. Without it, cooking is limited to simple things.

Fun & unique

Such a fun and unique experience!! The tent is awesome and so very comfortable. If you’re looking for something different this is the place. We had teenagers with us and they also enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic Spring Break Glamping

We had an amazing time glamping in the Smoky Mountains. The tent was perfect for our families of 10 total (4 adults and 6 teenagers). Everyone loved the site and the bonfires at night with the right to smores was awesome. Property was very private and quiet. We were pretty close to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend to any family who wants to disconnect from it all...

Family vacation

Being at the end of the road wasn't expected, but was nice. Having managers close by was reassuring. Nice and relaxing being away from others. We like camping, this was definitely an upgrade. But still rustic. Would recommend

Neat concept, beaitiful area. Did not have a blow dryer as listed. Would have been nice to have instructions layed out on how to work heaters. We had to freeze about an hour before we could figure it out. I belive it was all connected to a switch not being turned on in hall way. But we enjoyed it overall.

We stayed this past weekend at the Glamping tent, there were 9 of us plus a pup. Temps were in the 40's and the tents were very warm. There was not one time that we were cold. The bathrooms are very nice and even have beautiful modern showers. The beds........super plush and comfortable. I slept like a baby! If you are looking for a different alternative to the same Ole cabins, you've found it! We even had a small fire in the firepit. Im a travel advisor and I definitely will recommend to my clients!

Glamping Experience with some extra comforts

We enjoyed our glamping experience in the mountains. The property was really pretty and had nice views on the mountain. I loced our kids had space to roam and play on the property which you dont always get on properties in the mountains. The heat did well for us in the cool nights so we were comfortable. The property was close enough to town to get to places but far wbough away to enjoy the peace of the mountain. I would recommend bringing extra totes for food storage but overall was a great experience. The host was so sweet and very responsive to all my messages.

Almost perfect

We loved it but the unit needs just a little TLC to make it perfect. This review is more like 4.5 stars. 1 – Missing shower handle. Luckily we figured out how to use the shower without it. 2 – Both toilet seats are very loose and basically fall off with any movement. 3 – Listing says there is a microwave but there is not. 4 – The right side bathroom door requires strength and leverage to open and close. 5 – The AC unit in the first left side bedroom leaked water so we shut it off. 6 – Only some of the AC remotes work. Luckily they can be interchanged so we managed.

Nightmare at glamour tint

They knew we were bringing motercycle on trailer.and going ride while we were there.well they wanted 100 to park trailer.then got to camp site straight up hill with gravel. Had to leave bikes at the bottom of hill.well the guy that o er sees the place stays 25 yards below us and vidios a bear turning my motercycle over and eat the seat off. And saying not my propery so im not going to do anything. And he said they knew the moma dady and two cubbs were there. They were hitting on the tint abin we were in tried fetting in with us. Tore my bike til it wont start Nd dented it up.they were like o well.

We will ensure this information is better communicated in the future. Second, while we regret the incident with the bear and the damage to your motorcycle, it is not our responsibility to cover wildlife encounters. However, your personal vehicle insurance could address this issue. We strive to provide a clean and welcoming environment. Negligence and disrespect for our property are unacceptable, and as such, we would not host these guests again at any of our properties.

Could be better

Very, very beautiful place..Maybe not the best option to go in winter season ( our fault, not yours) ...Showers were not working....They were Leaking everywhere, really hot or really cold water, but couldn't get regulated....Not enough towels for a large group...The dual heat stove wasn't working good, and if we used extra space heaters, or connect more than 2 things in the kitchen at the same time, the breakers were going off.....We do believe the kitchen is extremely small for a large group. ...We couldn't understand why the beds are so high..It was difficult fot the elders and some of the other adults with physical limitations to get on them...In general...We think the place just need some love!!... but it is a very nice place..... We would like to give it a second chance, but maybe in late spring or beginning of summer when we can spend more time outdoors.. Comunicacion and Customer Service were exceptional...you are great host!!...
