The mildew on the shower lining and the black stains on some of the pillows in the master bedroom are unacceptable, and we deeply regret these oversights. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests is our top priority, and we clearly did not meet those standards during your stay. We have already addressed these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure they are rectified immediately and to prevent future occurrences.
