Clean, spacious 3 bdrm, 1.5 bath home in a safe location
No rental company here, I manage and clean this home myself. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, our property offers an ideal home base for your travels! This is a one-floor, 3 bedroom house with 1.5 baths. The home features a full kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials to enjoy a home cooked meal with the family. Centrally located just blocks from I64, this property is 4 miles from downtown Huntington shops and restaurants. If you’re looking to spend time outside, we are just few blocks from a scenic walking trail overlooking the Ohio River and 3.5 miles to Huntington’s award winning Ritter Park.
There are motion-detecting security cameras facing the street at the front and side door. There is also a decibel & smoking sensor inside the home that monitor excessive noise levels and indoor smoking.
Please note that there is an unoccupied garage apartment used for storage at the back of the property. For your safety, due to the steep stairs attached to this structure, the backyard is off-limits and not included in your reservation.
To keep the home comfortable and conserve energy, please ensure all doors and windows remain completely closed while the AC or heating is running.
No refunds will be offered outside of our cancellation policy. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Very cute and comfortable. It was everything we needed for our weekend stay in Huntington. Even advised us on some very good restaurants in the area I would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay if needed.

This place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.Labels everywhere to the ease of finding things around the house. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a affordable safe place to stay while in town!!!!!! Debbie even worked with us to return left behind sentimental item.

Great property! Everything is always clean and in perfect order. Some of the biggest, most fluffy towels ever. Plenty of space to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Our 2nd time staying here. We've been coming to the Huntington area for the last 8 years on a regular basis. This is definitely our favorite place to stay. Only wish we would have discovered it earlier. Highly recommend staying here.

Great, well maintained older brick ranch in Huntington WV. We stayed the weekend for Rock The Country and spent a full day at the house...The owner obviously takes pride in her home and the preparations for guests. Everything is meticulously labeled for easy locating - from nail clippers to first aide to hand juicers and TV trays in a fully equipped kitchen. It is all there! 2 bedrooms have roku TV and sheer curtains. 1 with no TV and blackout curtains. Oh... Great water pressure and plenty of towels (missing at most hotels).Definitely recommend and would book here again!

We attended the Healing Appalachia concert in Ashland and this was a great location! Close to good restaurants in Huntington. House was an older home, very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay!

Excellent stay
This house was fantastic. Convienetly located just off the highway, it was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family nearby. The three bedrooms were each a good size, both bathrooms were roomy, and overall the property was very clean and tastefully decorated. The owners were great to work with, very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to town.

We stayed at the home over Christmas and New Years. I can't say enough how welcoming the home is. It felt as though we were at home for the holidays. The communication was outstanding, and the home was spotless. I can't recommend this home enough for your visits, it is absolutely beautiful!!! Than you for sharing your wonderful, cozy and clean home with us!!!!

Nice place in W. Huntington
Our family enjoyed a three-night stay here. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. And the AC was cool when we arrived. Convenient location to anything within Huntington - 10-15 minute drive.

Cleanest House I Have Ever Stayed, Perfect.
The house was well organized, as everything was labeled and had instructions. It was pleasingly decorated, the beds were comfortable, and all towels and linens were new. We felt safe and we enjoyed our stay in Huntington.

Great stay!
This house was exactly how it was pictured, clean, adorable and the owner/host was very responsive and available if needed. The house had everything you could need and very close to stores if you would need anything else. Wi-Fi was amazing and worked well for a online call. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Huntington, WV.

This is a wonderful home, loved the amenities, the arrangement of everything. The instructions were very clear and suggested local activities, restaurants, etc., came in handy. Ms Debra was quick to respond and provide any answers needed. If I get back up this way, I will definitely be looking up this property to rent again. Thank you for providing a home for us !

Amazing
This house was so nice. She made so many special things that made our stay wonderful. The house was so clean and well stocked. It was so relaxing to stay here. It was close to everything. I would stay every time we come to Huntington.

Wonderful
Debbie makes this such an easy stay and adds nice little touches throughout the home. Check-in and out was a breeze and much appreciated. Mattresses are very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend!
Couple buddies and myself came down for a Marshall Football game. Everything was excellent and clean! Debra was super helpful and answered any and all of my questions about the area! I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Huntington!

Perfect house!
We loved the attention to detail given for guests. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house, coffee/tea/hot chocolate options, snacks, etc. Beautiful, plush new towels, nice body wash and shampoo provided. Very clean!!
