The Space:

Newly renovated! Interior fireplace, tranquility and good soundproofing. A sofa bed completes the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, for a maximum capacity of 10 people. The condo complex has a combination pool, hot tub, available in the summer time only.

A dog can be accepted under certain conditions and additional fees.



Guest Access:

To stay here you need to:

1- Fill out your contact information.

2-Provide a valid ID.

3-Give a security deposit of $1000 as a pre-authorization on a credit card or a refundable payment, depending on the rental platform.(If no damages are found after your stay, we will proceed with the refund of your deposit. Note that this may take up to 14 days due to banking delays)

4-Read thoroughly the house rules and agree.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 100$+tx/dog), except during summer and winter.

A fee of $35 + tax may apply for each additional person.
