White Sands Cottages - Gulf & Bay Views & Access - 4 BR/3.5 BA

New home, finished in May 2002. This spacious home has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and beautiful views of the Little Sabine Bay and Sound on the other side. The living floor is on the third floor with high ceilings. On the Gulf side is a large deck with two sets of tables and chairs. On the bay side is a balcony with a gas grill.

There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc., and Corian counters and sink. There are three TVs in the home with a VCR and DVD in the living area. An intercom makes it easy to call everybody to dinner. We have everything you need!

On top of the house is a fourth-floor open deck that virtually the entire island can be viewed from.

The walkway to the Gulf is 50 feet from the property down our driveway, with no roadways to cross. Next to this walkway is one-fourth mile of dune preservation area, which gives you an undeveloped and unobstructed beach to enjoy. Across the street behind the house is Little Opal Beach, which gives you an unobstructed access to this quiet beach. You can even pull your boat up here.

Within walking distance, approximately one mile, is the center of Pensacola Beach with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

The large, master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath and two sinks. The remaining three bedrooms have large, queen-size beds. There are two futons in the living area that make two more double-size beds. All bathrooms are tile floors and cultured marble vanities. There is even an outside shower to rinse off when coming from the beach!

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent the property. Families only, please.

Security deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be required. This payment will be refunded within 15 days of departure, providing there is no damage or missing items. If replacements of missing items and/or repairs to the property are required as a result of your stay, the security deposit will be applied to offset these costs. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the repairs, including lost rentals, even if the cost exceeds the security deposit.

Payment: To confirm the reservation, one half of the rent is due as a deposit at the time the reservation is made. The balance of rent, taxes and security deposit must be received two weeks before the date of arrival. If payment is made by check, the balance would be due three weeks prior to arrival. Payment may be made by cash, check on U.S. bank, VISA or Mastercard.
