Guests have access to the entire unit, back yard (shared), driveway parking, and street parking if desired. The neighborhood is an established area near Palm and Shaw Ave, a main avenue in Fresno. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all just a short drive away.

The Neighborhood:
Our little neighborhood is a hidden pocket of homes right off of Shaw Ave near Fig Garden Village and Van Ness Drive (Christmas Tree Lane). Shaw is the main avenue through Fresno and Clovis and goes right by Fresno State and the Savemart Center, all the way up to Old Town Clovis and beyond. Our apartment is located right behind a private school in Fresno. An orange tree-lined street leads to the apartment. We are not far from Woodward Park, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno State, and the Savemart Center, and pretty centrally located to everything Fresno has to offer.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicles to get around. Lyft and Uber are also available in the area.

This is one unit in a two-unit complex. The units share one wall and a backyard space.
