We give our guests space but we're available when needed
As your host, we are available from 0900-2200 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

The Edgewood community is located in South West Fort Lauderdale. The home is 2.2 miles from the Fort Lauderdale airport, 2 miles from Port Everglades, 3 miles to Las Olas Blvd, and walking distance to Dunkin Donuts, Supermarket, and several restaurants.

The property is self check in.

This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is free fast WiFi if you need to work from home.

Bedroom one: has a queen bed, office desk and chair
Bedroom two also has a Queen bed and full size mirror.
In both bedrooms, you have a nightstand, lamp with USB charging port and a full closet with shelves and hangers.

In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking with stools and a coffee station with a Keurig machine, free complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and sweetener.
The family room has a very comfortable leather sofa and ottoman, cozy throw blanket and throw pillows. Smart TV - log in your own streaming accounts or local channels are also available.
The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap and shampoo.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within walking distance where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig), tea kettle, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

There is central air. It s set between 68-78.

There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

We offer 2 parking spaces.

As the description states, this property is one of two on the same lot, as such it is very important that you respect privacy and peace of our neighbors. For your security this property is monitored by surveillance cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. The noise detection devices are designed to alert us of the noise level if it exceeds that of 75 db for over 10 minutes or more.

**Please note that back unit long term tenant pathway is through the front yard.

Close by retailers are Winn Dixie, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's, Dollar Store, and much more.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program. In addition, we provide links for rental services, such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.
