Case Dolce Vita - Gilbert, Arizona

Welcome to our Home - Casa Dolce Vita - escape to Tuscany, Italy through Gilbert, Arizona. We raised our five children in this Home and now we would like to share it with our Guests. Our Home is a warm and inviting Home, with many beautiful memories stored within its walls.

Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen complete with oversized refrigerator (R/O water and ice), brand new microwave (to be installed 3/21/2022), brand new dishwasher, gas range, air fryer, R/O water spout also at kitchen sink, double sink, disposal, margarita machine - w/ glass margarita glasses and frozen margarita glasses, Ninja blender, popcorn maker with popcorn dishes, toaster, citrus squeezer. You will love our set of eclectic Italian dish ware; plus silverware, outdoor dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses and bar glasses; baby dishes and utensils. High chair available upon request. Cook tasty family meals in our gourmet kitchen - stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, kitchen utensils, a full spice rack, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, salt, pepper, vanilla, sugar, hand mixer, cutting boards, BBQ tools.

If you love coffee - you have come to the right Home - high end drip coffee maker, burr grinder, gourmet coffee beans (starter bag) coffee mugs/Yeti type mugs, tea bags, assortment of sweeteners and honey sticks.

If you want lemons for your tea, fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, or a lime for that margarita - just take a few short steps to the backyard. Our Home has an abundance of citrus and fruit trees - lemons, Mexican limes, cuties, oranges, grapefruit, tangelos, pomegranates, and apples. Citrus is seasonal - November through late March. Please pick only what you will enjoy during your stay and remember our next Guests will love the citrus trees too! (there is a citrus picker tool in the garage).

Family Room - fall into the leather reclining sectional, and enjoy the electric heat generating fireplace or watch TV on the 75" HD TV, which includes YouTube TV, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN +. Or, you may want to have a Mario Kart tournament or belt out the tunes with Guitar Hero on the Family Room Wii.

Living and Dining Room - Enjoy the leather sofa and love seat or sip wine by the second electric fire place. If you love puzzles - use the dining room table to help us build puzzles of Italy. As our guests finish the puzzles, we will mat and hang the puzzles throughout Casa Dolce Vita. (Be sure to check back frequently to see what puzzles have been finished!).

Dedicated Office Space - choose from three office spaces. On the first floor, there is an office, with a door, an oversized executive desk, LED desk light and ergonomic chair. Our home has two other dedicated work spaces - a second space on the first floor and a third space on the second floor. Excellent internet service through the home. Wifi password give at check in.

1/2 Acre Lush Backyard with green grass, a 9 foot heated diving and play pool (see additional information and daily fees to heat pool), rock slide, alcove waterfall and hot tub. Don't forget about the fire pit and roasting s'mores after a long day. The kids will love the well maintained Rainbow Play System that boasts two slides, a rock climbing wall, swings, a trapeze, and two play areas. Enjoy dinner on the covered patio, while staying cool under the outdoor ceiling fans and listening to the quaint wind chime. For the BBQ Master - you will love BBQ'ing on on the high end propane BBQ (BBQ tool set located in walk in pantry). If you want to swim at night - the pool is well light with LED color changing lights. You may instead want to play some outdoor games like corn hole, croquet or rings. (all stored inside our Home).

Movie Room! 120" movie screen, with an HD movie projector and 7.1 surround sound - but before your movie starts - make sure to pop some popcorn on the simple to use popcorn maker and grab some of the movie candies and Red Vines. You could also challenge others to a game of pool or electronic darts. Better yet - return to the 80's with the video game console, featuring Ms. Pac-Man and hundreds of other games that don't require instructions. In May, 2022 - a Dreamscape 40" HD 4-player Arcade console will be installed - to include Golden Tee and hundreds of arcade, pinball and casino video games. If you prefer board games - check out the movie room closet, complete with all the favorite board games and decks of cards.

Laundry Room - Large sized brand new washer and dryer, laundry chute, utility sink, iron and ironing board.

The front door has an iron rod security door; the family room French Doors have iron rod security doors. During those plentiful perfect days - open both doors and you will have a wonderful breeze throughout the first floor.

4 Car Garage - newly re-surfaced and painted. For parking only.

All the bedrooms have new upgraded mattresses, with memory foam toppers, Egyptian cotton sheets, and plenty of storage space. Feel like a king or queen in the oversized Tuscan furniture or choose the Calabrian beach room.

Master Bedroom - King sized bed, memory foam topper. Ensuite master bath with snail shower and jetted tub. Huge walk in closet, double, separated sinks, with a vanity and vanity chair. Enclosed water closet. And when you want to escape from the group - relax in the master retreat on the reclining love seat in front of the 65" HD TV and beautiful, ornate electric fire place.

Bedroom 1 - Not pictured as of 3/12/2022 - pictures to be uploaded by 3/20/2022. Full over Full bunk beds. 250 pound limit per bed. Trundle twin bed. Toddler bed/crib.

Bedroom 2 - The Calabrian Beach Room. King sized bed with memory foam topper. Walk in Closet. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share the large Jack and Jill Bath - double sinks; with a separate shower/water closet.

Bedroom 3 - King sized bed with memory foam topper; huge walk in closet.

Bedroom 4 - King sized bed with memory foam topper; huge walk in closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the full-sized bathroom on the second floor. Don't forget to dump your laundry down that laundry chute as. you pass from Bedroom 3 to the full bath.

Our Home is fully stocked with linens, dish towels, a very large quantity of EXTRA pillows; extra blankets, XL soft and comfy beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. Please use cotton balls or face wipes to remove makeup.

Also provided - starter amounts of cotton balls, Q-Tips, ibuprofen, feminine products, toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, plastic food storage bags, laundry soap and laundry softener/dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, dish soap, lotion, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, band aids and BBQ propane.

Air Conditioning - Our Home has three recently purchased new air conditioning units. However, during the warmer months, please keep the windows and doors closed. During June - September, we will set and lock the A/C units at a comfortably cool Arizona 78 degrees.

Security System - Newly installed, monitored Ring Alarm System. Guests will be given their own personal code upon check in. The front yard, and over the garage, have recording capable cameras; the back yard has recording capable cameras. There are no cameras located inside the Home. There are no recording devices inside the Home. Motion detector located in Family Room - to monitor unwanted motion when Guests are not in the Home. Smoke detectors throughout; carbon monoxide detector as well.

Heated Pool - Our pool is a huge 9 feet deep diving pool with play pool. To heat the pool, we need 72 hours notice. A $50, non-refundable, per day cash fee - for each day of your stay, will be collected at check in. Although our heater is top notch, if the outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees at night, the daytime pool temperatures may not be as comfortable as one may like. Guests must place the solar cover back on the pool during the night time - otherwise, the pool will not retain its warmer daytime temperature.

Home gym - stair climber, treadmill, stationary bike, hand weights, dip bar, and many others.

Monthly services included - landscaping maintenance, pool maintenance, pest control, security system, natural gas, electric, water, internet and streaming TV services as available.

We live and work within a 2 mile radius of Casa Dolce Vita. If we are not available immediately, we have office staff and many family members, all within the same 2 mile radius that can help until we are available.

Our Guests will have access to the entire property, except for a small locked owner closet where our supplies are stored.
