Sequoia View Cottage is on a 13 acre property. Just 1.2 miles up North Fork Drive, off Ca Highway 198.
Drive up the gravel driveway to your quiet retreat. Enjoy the beautiful views and comfort of a cozy cottage. Built by local craftsman with an open floor plan. The cottage is relaxed and comfortable in this one of a kind setting. The cottage has its own driveway and its own part of the property so you come & go as you please.
We have a 3 night minimum for 3 guests if an extra bed is required. The extra bed is a 12 inch memory foam twin size mattress on a platform which is made available in the common space for an additional guest. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL SET-UP CHARGE OF $65 FOR THIS SERVICE.

This was my first VRBO rental and I am sure to be ruined for all others. EXCEEDED expectations. Hosts were communicative (y'all, check your email spam/junk box for driving instructions after you book), the place was spotless and so well appointed without being cluttered. You can't beat the views. Upscale appliances and kitchen equipment, knives that are actually sharp and plenty of everything without being too much. The sound system is top notch as well. Entrance to Sequoia National Park is 15-ish minutes and hosts did a great job preparing us for the lack of cell service for most people. Will ABSOLUTELY stay again.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautifully appointed and well stocked cabin. We couldn't have been more comfortable. There was privacy and quiet, not to mention every spice or cooking utensil you could want. It was a great location for visiting Sequoia and we highly recommend this lodging choice! The added welcome visit by owner Maya was much appreciated and we enjoyed meeting the dog Niko, too!

All expectations were exceeded! Natural surroundings brought birds, bunnies and even wild turkeys! The property had everything one would need to cook a proper meal, do laundry and of course relax!

Restful stay

We had a wonderful short stay here. The place was as described and was super clean. We were greeted soon after we arrived and everything explained and some recommendations provided. We enjoyed both sequoia and kings canyon. Near sequoia entrance but still a drive into the park and all the sites. Other than hiking, we had a beer and pupusas at the brewery (highly suggested). We mostly cooked at the place which is well stocked with needed equipment. Enjoyed watching sunrise from porch and coming home at end of the day to sit on lounge chairs and watch hummingbirds. Great place to stay and would definitely return.

Bliss- didn't want to leave

The cabin was wonderfully appointed. I've stayed at many vrbo locations, and this was by far the best kitchen! ALL the tools, small extras (condiments, coffee filters, fruit, misc pantry needs-) The porches were so peaceful we honestly wished we had planned to stay longer. My mom (75) said she would go back and stay for a week as soon as tomorrow- a HIGH compliment! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing cabin!

I just can't make enough positive statements about this property in the space provided. My wife and I only spent 3 days/nights here, but in all my 40 years of traveling vacations, I don't think I've ever had a more relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The location is just a handful of miles to the southern gate to Sequoia. It is a minute from Hwy. 180, yet it is located on the owner's 13 acre property so feels very secluded. The cottage itself, is so nice it could easily have been featured in an Architectural Digest article! And the owners have thought of almost every need a potential guest may have. Maya welcomed us personally, shortly after our arrival and explained any remaining details or answered our questions. Birders will love this spot as they have multiple hummingbird feeders set out and we saw migrating species that made my wife's "life list". I could go on and on, but the best way I can sum up our experience, is that while we were here to visit the parks, we actually cut our experience short one afternoon, just to come back to relax and enjoy the peaceful experience of this location! Even better than imagined

A friend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. This cabin was clean, beautiful, scenic, and had so many special details. I echo what others have said about it being even more beautiful than in the photos. It also has everything you could need to cook, which I really appreciated. You get the sense that the hosts truly care about the art of hosting, and thatā€™s not something you get in many vacation rentals. Highly recommend!

Pristine Tranquility in Nature

We had the best time at this cozy cottage in Three Rivers! The place was sparkling cleanā€¦seriously, everything felt fresh and super well cared for. The appliances were modern and worked perfectly, which made things really convenient. Had all the necessities of a home with the added bonus of a citrus juicer so we could enjoy fresh orange juice! The best OJ of our lives (really). Thereā€™s so much natural light in the cottage, it just feels bright and peaceful from the moment you walk in. We were surrounded by beautiful bird sounds all day, and hummingbirds fluttered around constantly! it was like a nature soundtrack. We also were so excited to play some of the awesome albums and board games that were available for our use. The place really had so so much to offer. Wish we had more time to spend in Theee Rivers!

Beautiful cabin and magical location

Cabin has everything and we used the kitchen couple of times as it has all utensils. I liked that the pans/pots are stainless steel and everything is spotless. The area is very quiet and the owner added a lot of comfortable and handy items. The cabin's folder has a lot of details for hikes in the area which we took advange. We met Maya and she is lovely. We'll return for sure. Thank you Maya and Vincent.

Perfect getaway

5 star is not enough. Maybe 6 or 7 stars? Great, quiet, isolated place. Maya and Vincent are fantastic hosts. Courteous, helpful. Maya's and Vincent's cottage is beautifully located with dreamy views. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Perfect!

This cottage was absolutely amazing! The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful,it felt like stepping into a postcard. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in nature. Plus, itā€™s super convenient for visiting Sequoia and Kingā€™s Canyon. The house itself was spotless and had everything one could possibly need. Seriously, theyā€™ve thought of everything!. The owners were awesome, so friendly and readily available if you need anything. You can tell they really care about this spot and the guests that visit. If youā€™re looking for a quiet, cozy getaway with stunning views and great access to the parks, this place is a no-brainer. Canā€™t wait to come back!
