We prioritize your safety and ensure our home is managed to the highest professional standards. For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed, and occasional landscaper visits help maintain the property’s pristine condition.

Please note that the property receives professional hot tub maintenance twice a week. During your stay, our maintenance provider may briefly access the exterior of the property to perform this routine service. This helps ensure the hot tub remains clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment.

Occupancy Policy
All guests, including infants and children, must be included in the reservation. Infants and children count toward the maximum occupancy and any applicable extra guest fees. Reservations may not exceed the property's maximum occupancy. Where applicable, the additional guest fee is $50 per guest, per night.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are issued to the confirmed guest when a cancellation request is submitted in writing within the applicable refund period stated at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued minus applicable booking platform fees and payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe/credit card fees).

House Conduct
No gatherings, events, or additional guests are permitted without prior written approval. Any unapproved gatherings or vendor activity may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
