Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled you had a great stay and found everything comfortable. And what a treat to experience 24+ inches of fresh snow — especially coming from an area where you mostly get ice! It truly makes for a magical week. ❄️ We really appreciate your suggestion about providing a snow shovel. That’s very helpful feedback, and we’ll make sure to add one to the unit so future guests are well prepared after those big snowfalls. Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love to host you for another snowy getaway anytime!

Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear about the cleaning issues. We are sorry to hear that the sheets were stained, the towels did not appear cleaned, along with the cobwebs in the corners. If you would have notified us of these issues during your stay, we would have happily corrected them for you. We are also sorry to hear that the upstairs was hot. We certainly would have provided you with additional fans if you needed them. As for the coffee supplies, we are not like a hotel and are rather a vacation rental so we only supply our guests with a start up supply of coffee, and we leave it up to our guests to provide the supplies for the remainder of there stay.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that you had a great experience and found the location convenient for both Durango and Purgatory. We’re also happy that the plumbing issue was addressed quickly and that you were kept informed. We appreciate the feedback about the hot water and we have looked into this to ensure it doesn’t cause any inconvenience in the future. We’d love to host you again and hope to make your next stay even better!

Thank you so much for sharing your delightful experience at Tamarron- we're thrilled! We appreciate your note about the location—it sounds like you struck a great balance between enjoying Durango and exploring Silverton and Molas Lake. Thank you for pointing out the detail about the washer and dryer; we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will make sure this information is clearer in the future. Overall, we're so pleased you had a positive experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon! -Mackey

Thank you for such a thorough review — it sounds like you really made the most of the property! We're so glad the balcony views and weather cooperated for you, that your son got good use out of the gym, and that the on-site restaurant hit the spot. Good to know the space worked well for four of you to spread out and recharge, too. So glad the balcony won out! We'll pass the kind words along to the team, and we'd love to host you again next time you're in the Durango area :) -Erika
