Welcome to A Modern Hideaway, a fully updated mountain home with semi- A frame style architecture and fun amenities!

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, this property can sleep up to 12 guests.

The great location puts you just 5 minutes from downtown Oakhurst, 15 minutes to Bass Lake, and 19 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite!

Some features of this comfortable family home include:

- Fully remodeled inside and out!
- Cal Spa hot tub usable year round and professionally serviced
- Work from home style setup with two standing/sitting desks with printer
- Wifi package that advertises up to 200mbps
- Newly updated kitchen with lots of small equipment to cook most meals
- Charging stations at all the nightstands
- Converted garage/game room with basketball, foosball, and other games
- Outdoor seating on a beautiful, private lot surrounded by pine trees and manzanitas
- BBQ Grill, hammock, and climbing dome with a swing for the kids

Bedding/Bathroom layout is as follows:

Main Floor- Master bedroom w/ en suite bathroom- 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed* (sleeps 4)
Main Floor- Bathroom #2, located in a common area
Upstairs- Bedroom #2- king bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs- Bedroom #3- Two sets bunk beds* (sleeps 4)
Upstairs- Bedroom #4- One queen bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs- Bathroom #3, located in a common area

Welcome Guide- One week prior to arrival, a digital welcome book will be sent via email and text message. It will have your special door code, address, items provided, and much more great info to help you prepare for your trip!

Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions- Yosemite National Park, like many others across the United States, has implemented a reservation system in recent years to manage visitor numbers effectively. We highly recommend that visitors planning a trip to Yosemite stay informed by regularly checking the National Parks websites and affiliated sources for any updates regarding the reservation system. While we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it's important to note that access to Yosemite or nearby attractions cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. By staying informed and flexible, visitors can better navigate their travel plans and make the most out of their trip to this beautiful region.

Kitchen- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you.

Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes.

* Bunkbeds- Please note that due to California Worker's Compensation restrictions, housekeepers will not make up the top bunks, but fresh bedding and linens will absolutely be provided!

Fireplace- The fireplace in this home is electric. Kindly note that any type of wood burning is typically unavailable in the summer and fall months, due to heightened fire risk in the area. Propane BBQ grills are usable year round.

Hot Tub- There is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tub. Please use at your own risk. We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering the hot tub.

No Pets - Thank you for helping us protect those with pet allergies.

There is parking for 8 cars. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit.

Early or Late Check-ins- Early check ins are often difficult for our team to accommodate. If you would like to check in early, please reach out to us after 2PM on the day of your arrival so we can check with our team. If you need guaranteed early check in, we recommend booking the night before your arrival so that you may check in as early as you wish. For checkout, most vacation homes have a 10AM check out in our area. We provide an 11AM checkout, and unfortunately can rarely offer a later checkout.

Occupancy- Maximum occupancy of 12 guests regardless of age. Infants are included in the total. This is strictly enforced. No having events/weddings/large dinner gatherings/guests over just to visit.

Security Cameras- There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home.

Chains- California Highway Patrol and the National Parks Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.

No Smoking- The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.

Insurance- Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

Mail- Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements.

Calling Us- The phone number on our account does not receive text messages, because it is the number for our office. Please call that number or send us a message if you need any help or have any questions!

Neighbors- Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. We appreciate you respecting the local neighborhood!

Internet- Peer-to-peer (for example bit torrent) and downloads of copyrighted and illegal material are strictly forbidden by United States law and our internet provider actively monitor these activities. Guests are fully responsible for any illegal uploading or downloading of content and for other illegal activities. By agreeing to the House Rules, you agree to not perform any illegal activities using the home`s internet connection. Any copyright infringement by guest is subject to release of guest's information to copyright holder.

Simple Checkout Instructions-
1. Check out time is 11:00am, not 10am like most vacation homes up here!
2. No need to wash any sheets or towels, they're all professionally serviced off-site.
3. If you have time to start the dishwasher, that would be helpful.
4. Kindly throw your garbage in the large green dumpster, located out by the parking! It really helps us keep the critters away!
5. Most importantly, please return any furniture you may have moved during your stay.
P.S. Don't forget to get a last minute photo or two with your family and friends before leaving!

After booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will also be sent for E-sign to the email on file. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours after you make your booking to finalize your reservation.

Great stay!
Everything thing was great. Easy check in, clean and organized house. Unlike most rentals that require a long list of to-dos before check out this house required the obvious “clean up after yourself” and a few other things. It allowed us to leave still feeling relaxed from our stay! Great host, stay and house.

Sierra Spring Break
Our small friend group had a great time at this property this March. The house was clean and there were plenty of bedding, blankets, towels, cooking utensils, games - we didn't want for anything during our stay. A++, would stay again. :-)
