As a young working couple, we had so much fun creating this space for you, our guests! Our goal is to provide a space that helps you to feel relaxed, inspired, and focused during your stay.

WORK
We provide a coffee bar, high-speed wifi/ internet, and an ergonomic workstation including charging ports to help boost productivity. Our duplex is centrally located so commuting to work is a breeze. It is only a three-minute drive to Bryan East hospital and an eight-minute commute to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln or downtown Haymarket.

PLAY
After a long day's work, relax or grill in our outdoor lounge area. Help yourself to a board game, compete with friends at corn hole, practice your golf skills on our downstairs putting mat (clubs provided) or play a game of ping pong!

Kickback to a sporting event, movie, or show on the 65” smart T.V. with complimentary access to YouTube TV & Netflix (or any personal subscriptions). We also provide a Nintendo Switch with classic games such as Super Smash Bros, Luigi's mansion, and FIFA 2021 with 4 controllers.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We have two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. A pack n’ play can be set up upon request.

We offer self-check-in with a simple code that will be given to you as part of the check-in process. The smart-lock on the back door provides keyless entry so you can come and go as you please.

Free off-street parking is provided for guests on the right side of the driveway and an extra parking pad to the right.
