This home is located in the town of South Bristol,
Littering is illegal
All renters will be subject to New York penal law 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
Guest must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in chapter 113 of the code of the Town of South Bristol.
Fires are permitted only if there is a designated fire pit and must be attended.
All fires and fireplaces must be attended
Children ages 2 and under are included in the maximum occupancy per Town regulations.

Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
Homes are not handicap accessible unless stated in description.
Where pets are allowed it is indicated, otherwise pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen free, even those that do not allow pets.
Outdoor amenities including watercrafts/ furniture/fire pits are not allowed between October 15th - May 15th

Beautiful

The Condo was very clean. We loved the patio , it has a breathtaking view of the lake. We spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be returjung.

My husband and I and another couple in the area for the first time for a wedding. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The lake front views were amazing!! If ever in the area again would definitely book this condo!!

My husband, I, and my parents greatly enjoyed our stay, while in the area to attend a family wedding. This condo was spacious, clean, and had everything necessary in the kitchen. The lake setting was beautiful and very peaceful!

Beautiful views, vintage decor

We loved our stay at Canandaigua lake. The condo was very clean and facilities worked great. The decor and furniture was well maintained. We were quite comfortable. The rental office was fantastic and just the right amount of communication. Thanks for the great stay!!

We had great communications with the property owner, and all of the rules and regulations were explained. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. As you walk toward the back of the condo, there is a sliding glass door that allows you access to the balcony which overlooks the lake. It is a breathtaking view, and as you look south, you can see the mountains in the background. Everything we needed for our stay was provided… Towels, linens, soap, etc. all we need to bring was food and drink. There is Wi-Fi access and the television is connected to cable along with a streaming service. we can We can definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.
This view is looking down the lake to the south.

Weekend at Canandaigua Lake

We rented this location last minute, deciding we wanted something different than the regular hotel stay we usually go for. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished & well stocked. The view of the lake was amazing. Our host, Shaun, was responsive and informative. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and hassle-free weekend. I would definitely rent this property again. - Mike C.

Lovely Lake Canadaigua Condo Stay

We really enjoyed our lake front stay at this clean and quiet condo. The balcony view was calming and beautiful, just what was needed for our 5 night getaway to Lake Canadaigua and the surrounding area. The linens, decor, and atmosphere were bright and airy. We also had access to a small private beach (via an elevator to the shore). Closest grocery stores were about 15-20 min. away, so some advance planning is needed if staying exclusively at the lake. Communication with the owner/manager was easy; simply an all around wonderful property!

Finger Lakes

Everything was wonderful until I went to take a hot shower and five minutes in - the water went bitter cold. The owner addressed the water issue by replacing the water heater but we still were taking quick showers - the temperature needs to be adjusted - obviously it is on the lowest temperature.

Canandaigua Condo

Very nice condo - impressive decor, kitchen is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The double balcony is an amazing plus, both for watching the sunrise and enjoying evening cocktails, watching boaters on the lake. Shaun (mgr) was very responsive to questions. We have stayed in other condos here so knew the ropes - that was good since there were not a lot of details (such as the Wi-Fi network, how to get beach access, how to work tv since it was all streaming rather than cable). We put some hints in the guest book to help the next folks. Nevertheless, would definitely recommend this rental.

Amazing view

This was a very impromptu weekend stay for myself and my husband. Communication for check in was prompt and seamless. I can’t say enough about the view from the balcony, it was beautiful!! Weather in April can be hit or miss, but you can easily enjoy the view comfortably seated inside. I can’t say much about the kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook anything. At a quick look it seemed like everything we would have needed was there. I did appreciate the little details- tons of board games, books, binoculars, telescope. Lots of extra blankets available. We were only there for the weekend but we are planning to return this summer for a longer stay. This would be a great location for a family with children also. The second bedroom has 3 additional beds- 1 full and 2 twin bunks. It is a very short walk from the reserved parking to the door. There are stairs (6?)going from parking to the condo entrance. Other than that, it is all one level. Wegmans (grocery store) is about 20min away. Most restaurants and things to do were about 15 min away. Keeping in mind we were there off season- there may be more things closer during the summer months. During our stay there was nothing we had looked for that we were not able to find. We highly recommend this location and will return.
