Welcome to the vacation of your dreams!

Dip your toes directly into the Caribbean ocean from our villa. This unique beach front property is a standalone villa where you can step off the deck directly onto the sand beach. Boasting a large patio with a big barbecue, you can entertain your family and friends with a gorgeous view. Have a morning coffee on the expansive patio, sunsets by the shore, evenings around the BBQ and pool. Imagine stepping into the sea at sunrise, unwinding by a pool under swaying palms. Feel free to pick a coconut and have some refreshing coconut water… this villa awaits.

Our beach is beautiful golden sand. The beach has not degraded at all like other areas of Cayman where their beaches have disappeared. Our beach is protected! It is a beautiful area for family and friends to enjoy!

Walk right off the deck onto the beach for a day of adventure. Take a romantic stroll along the beach for a relaxing afternoon at the beach. Or send your kids down to the waterfront to explore the beach, build sandcastles, or search for shells and marine life.

A unique ship wreck sits right out-front the unit! You can snorkel out to the wreck for a truly exciting day exploring the sunken ship. Many fish and critters can be found swimming out front the villa year-round.

The complex is quiet and family friendly. The soft and quiet waves are the only noise most evenings. Sit out on the patio to enjoy an evening of relaxing with a book or glass of wine.

Grab a tennis racket and play a match on the complex tennis court with your friends. Or head to the pool to lounge out and take a relaxing swim. The complex has everything you need to have an adventurous vacation. With a great floor plan the has a quiet room perfect for getting some work or homework done while the rest of the family enjoys their downtime.

We are just 12 minutes to 7-Mile Beach, Camana Bay and 7 minutes from the airport offering easy access, yet tranquil seclusion.

Great place for the family. Location was awesome. Only critique is for there to be more water sport equipment available for use (kayak, paddle boards, etc).

Awesome stay!

We had an amazing stay. The location of this property is great! We had 5 adults and 2 pre-teenagers. It had plenty of space for all of us to sleep, eat and relax. We used the kitchen everyday for cooking as well as the washer and dryer throughout the week. We had coffee on the patio overlooking the amazing view every day. We found conch shells the size of our heads! The property had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, blow up water toys and more we were able to use. The area is very safe! The neighbors were nice! We used the pool several times. We rented a car for the week and this location is convenient and close to a lot of stuff but without some of the 7 mile beach traffic. Walk down the beach to the west to the curve where you can watch the sunset! The house was stocked in the kitchen, and bathroom with things like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms! The host was attentive to all of our needs and questions! Highly recommend! We loved our trip! Thank you for sharing your home.

South Sound Beach Villa

Pros-Location - very convenient central location to 7-Mile, Eden Rock, Smiths Barricade & plenty of shopping & dining options. -Neighborhood - includes many local residents, whom were all very nice. Teddy the puppy next door was a frequent visitor. -Beach - in good condition & less rocky than many other GC beaches. We spent many hours in the comfortable Adirondack chairs under the palm trees.-Kitchen - well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. (some additional bar hardware would be a nice perk)-Grille -new quality grille with extra tank of gas onsite if needed-Common pool area - pool was clean & never crowded-Tables, seating & furiture were plentiful for a large family. -Bedrooms were fine & the full size mattresses were comfortable-Villa was well equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. -Parking - 2 spots with easy access Cons -Deck is missing the last step, could be difficult for older folks getting down to beach. Deck surface will also needs to be refinished in the near future-The master is not ensuite, it shares a common bathroom with other 2 upstairs bedrooms -wifi was sometimes a bit spotty, especially in the morning.-Villa could use a new dryer-bedrooms could use a few more outlets or add a couple of power strips to provide more plugs. -At times there are many boats moored in the soundAll & all in was an excellent VRBO. I would definitely consider this home for a future vacation in GC.

Great Stay

We were a group of 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 10-15). It was perfect for us. It was a little far from some things we wanted to do so a car is recommended and allow extra time for traffic. The beach was good, but lots of grass and weeds so snorkeling was not very exciting.

Good Stay

Loved the beach out the back door…had issues with WiFi and deck outside was really worn down with nail heads sticking up. Also missing a step down to beach.Had to scrub the grill and empty a full grease tray which wasn’t fun.

The property was excellent. We enjoyed fantastic snorkeling right out in front of the house. We even did a night snorkel in front of the house.Highly recommend this place for snorkeling enthusiasts.

Amazing stay!!

We just spent a week and it was perfect. The house look’s exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. The owner Jason was super easy to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and towels. Beds were great - we all slept well! The backyard is wonderful. We had coffee every morning while we watched the sunrise. Snorkeled out to the shipwreck several times and lounged all day, really enjoying our vacation. Dont hesitate to book this house!!

Access to the beach was amazing!! Very private but close enough to visit other areas of the island! Great space in the house and huge deck! Hope to come back someday!!

This property was great. We loved that we were right on the water. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Property was clean and had everything we needed (and more) for cooking and relaxing. The location was great, we rented a car and we were about a 10 -15 min drive to 7 mile beach area.The thermostat was on a timer so we did have to adjust that to keep the temperature cooler overnight when we were sleeping. We all wish we could have stayed longer. We only had one issue at check-in, Jason was very responsive and had someone there within 10 min to assist us.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Post Card Views!

The stay was wonderful! The views from the living room, master bedroom and deck are stunning. The house is well suited for up to 8. Well located no matter where you want to go on the island. A few fixes needed around the house (oven door handle, dishwasher and fix of the last step on the deck needed). My guess is that by the time this post hits it will be fixed. I'd stay here again!

The best!

This place is amazing! The beach is right off the deck. Very few people on the beach but felt completely safe. The toys were really great for our young boys. Can’t recommend this place enough. Truly paradise!

Perfect location!

This house was perfectly located near 7 mile beach, but not to close. Tucked just far enough away that we could retreat from more crowded areas and relax. We had my 15 month old grandson with us and the amenities available for his care made it so much easier. Jason was prompt in all our communications and questions while we were there. The house is beautiful and simply decorated so we felt like 5 star guest! The neighborhood is also very quiet and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing family vacation with adult kids

Our family of 6 (all over 18 years old) spent this past week at there Caribbean Paradise villa and our stay was absolutely incredible. Spotless clean and cozy, this villa felt like home away from home. Located perfectly very close to the 7-mile beach and yet far from the touristy crowds. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with very comfortable beds! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Great calm getaway

We came to Grand Cayman to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. There were only 3 of us so we had plenty of space during our stay. The beach access was great. We cooked more of our meals at the villa, the grocery store was only 10-15 minutes away. We spent our time at Governors beach. The water is pool blue and clear at the floor. We also used the gear from the villa to go snorkeling at a near by cove. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive.

Relaxing vacation home

We had a great time at this property. Perfectly set up for our family. We had 3 adults and 4 kids ages 3-11. Felt very relaxed letting the kids navigate the beach. We went snorkeling almost everyday right out front of the house! That was the best part of our trip! Snorkeled to the ship wreck a few times great ocean life there and we were the only people there, such a great way to take it all in. The pool was great when we needed a little break from the sun and saltwater. Great outdoor set up at the house to hang out on the beach or the deck. Fully stocked kitchen items, indoor and outdoor toys for the kids. Was a good location for getting to other parts of the island. Overall just a wonderful experience!

We loved this property the deck was where we spent most of our time. The beach in front of the home was beautiful. We had such an amazing time. I would definitely stay here again. Property was clean and well stocked. When we needed something the host was on it and delivered what we needed.

Villa with Shipwreck Views

We enjoyed the Villa from start to finish! This home was beautifully appointed and comfortable for our group of 8 plus baby. We did plenty of cooking at home and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, Ninja blender included! Our favorite place was sitting on the deck with the amazing views. The location of the villa gave us easy access to Old Man Bay, Rum Point, Camana Marina, 7 Mile Beach, Smith's Beach, food, groceries, swimming and snorkeling. We used beach equipment as well as games and books. Such a great place! The rental contact was easy to contact and responsive to our needs.
