Using the Vacation Rental service should be for people who read before the description of a listing, the lack of experience as a guest caused the guest to demand aspects from us that were not in the listing, and at her convenience she did not read that the place accepted only 1 pet, but brought 2 pets, and even then there was no charge, we prepared the place for the comfort of her additional guests, her initial reservation was 2 and then she brought 5 additional guests and we only charged her for 1 additional guest, 4 the rest were free, and when she realized that the person who worked in maintenance was a foreigner, she treated him and a young man who was helping him and attended to all her requests in a derogatory and disrespectful manner, she complained unfairly about everything, her annoyance at being attended to by foreign work staff was excessive and unfair. Her rating and comment does not surprise us because she threatened us from the beginning to do so. The Vrbo platform must guarantee good behavior and respect between guest and host, where discrimination based on nationality or ethnicity should not be allowed, in a beautiful country where freedom and civility represent us.
