*This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level, including two off-street parking spaces. Tenants reside below and have exclusive access to the garage and backyard.

Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic Cliffside Estates, this well-crafted upper-level home offers stunning finishes with quick access to trails, downtown Logan, and Utah State University—just 6 minutes away. ANIMAL-FRIENDLY: Please be courteous to our downstairs neighbors and mindful of your pets` noise levels. We kindly request that your furry companions be well-trained, well-attended, and thoughtfully cared for during your stay. We allow a max of 3 animals.
BRING YOUR OWN LOGIN: We provide two TVs, both equipped with streaming services. Guest will need to provide their own logins to access the specific service.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell and the side of the home.
