Located in picturesque Northern Michigan, just north of Lake City, sits this beautiful lodge-style home and guest house, a 10-person hot tub on the deck of the main lodge overlooking 120 acres of woodlands with wildlife aplenty! In addition to the main lodge, is the separate guest house with a Queen bedroom on the main floor, a huge loft area, a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and dining area. Enjoy hiking, relaxing, and making memories in this uniquely stunning property. There are several trailheads in the area close by and a creek that runs along the outside of the back of the property.
Be advised also- there are 2 exterior cameras on the property by entrances for safety and security. The Main Lodge is 3 stories, consisting of a finished lower level that has one Queen bed and a twin bunk, along with a full bathroom. The main level contains 2 separate bedrooms, each consisting of 2 twin over full-size bunks. The upper level of the main lodge hosts a Master Suite that contains one King-size bed and a full bathroom with a jetted tub.
There are NO fireworks or firearms allowed on this property. Since there are deer and other wildlife on this property, we cannot allow any ATV or motor vehicles of any kind on the property or for you to approach any of the wildlife. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please ask. Fines will be charged for violations.
