This amazing home offers fantastic views of Beaver Lake from nearly every room in the house! This home is in excellent condition - bring your family and friends and make yourself at home.

This large single-level home is perched on a hillside above the lake. There is a large deck across the rear of the home, including a private area behind the primary bedroom. The floor plan is very open with two living areas. The den area off the kitchen serves as the TV room and an additional sleeping area. There is a screened porch next to the den, providing a secondary area to relax bug-free. Although, bugs aren't typically a problem! This home also has a pass-thru fireplace, new TVs, a DVD player, and satellite TV with WiFi.

This house is also a short distance from Eureka Springs, giving you easy access to the best attractions in Northwest Arkansas.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to local ordinances, any private docks and boat slips on Beaver Lake are not available in any capacity for guest use. Any activity on the dock is strictly prohibited.
This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Little Retreat For Scuba Divers

Great little place tucked into the woods. Great Lake view. Comfortable accommodations. Beds werenā€™t bad. Great place for scuba divers to spend the weekend. Close to the dive shop and scuba park and has a great deck for drying wetsuits. We enjoyed our visit.

Lovely peaceful setting, beautiful view

This is a comfortable house with many thoughtful touches throughout. The home has a both a sunroom and a screened in porch. It has huge windows with beautiful views of woods and the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need. We recommend this house.

Overall review

Overall the house was clean and in good shape, however the refrigerator was dirty and there was a smell of pet urine. The view of the lake from the sun room was amazing.

A well needed get away

We arrived at house a bit early but walked in to a beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and set up for our week stay. If I had anything to complain about was the single ply toilet paper. Lol . Would recommend to anyone that needs to just unplug and get away

Almost perfect

When I arrived at the home the house was clean and the view was breath taking. My family and I enjoyed are stay in this comfy and beautiful home. The only reason I gave 3 stars is this (lake) home has no ceiling fans for circulation in this humid heat so makes it hard to breath and no extra towels or no extra toilet paper. We had to wash a load a towels our first night there. Other then that it was perfect.

The cleaning crew was wonderful ā€¦however, it was unfortunate parts of the property were worn & damaged: I was stung by 2 wasps on the front porch while first entering the porch area. I have a severe allergy to wasp stings. Also, pots & pans were thin cheap Teflon which were scratched badly & burnt food was caked onto them. The outside deck umbrella was broken & bent at a 90 degree angle. A broke glass candle was stuck on the deck table with melted wax. Boards on the deck were peeled up and my 70 yr old sister nearly fell tripping over them several times.

Do not recommend

The place looked nice and well furnished but.. No bath products were provided, and when we called guest services, they promised to send everything the next day but never did. This went on for 3 days. Ultimately never sent anything. If you plan to stay here, I recommend you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also wifi is spotty, streaming and video calls often freeze and buffer.

Great family stay

Our family enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great view, close to Eureka Springs, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. The deck has beautiful views that we really enjoyed. The deck faces the west so itā€™s gets a little toasty on summer evenings.

Disappointing

The house is lovely and in a good location. Quiet with a beautiful view. However, the screened-in porch was so dirty it was unusable, some of the outside chairs were mildewed, there was a large wasp nest by the front door, there were cobwebs on the ceiling fan in the living room, and the bed in the master bedroom reeked of Bengay.

Cozy house with great view and peaceful location

We were here for a long weekend with the family. The location, cleanliness, layout, and space in the house were good overall. It had a lot of great outdoor space. However, I would say the house is a little more worn than the pictures show and for the price. The house has good bones, it just needs an upgrade and a little TLC. Despite that, we had a great time and would still stay again if in the area.

Nice house, pretty view

The house was nice and clean, beds were comfy. The view of the lake was beautiful. The roads are a little scary at night, but gps does get you there. Itā€™s about 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. My only complaint was lack of curtains in one bedroom, hopefully they will get a curtain for the room.
