THINGS TO KNOW
The hotel is currently undergoing construction and because of it, the pool is closed from August 8, 2023 until November 30, 2023. Additionally, the hotel windows are being replaced and the hallways remodeled. This project is slated to last until February 2024, but it may persist longer. During construction periods, there will be audible noise and scaffolding around the hotel.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Check in was easy and flexible timing; the room was clean and great location, but we needed additional towels, which were never provided despite asking several times. The customer service and response was lacking.

Would give zero stars if I could. We arrived at our stay approximately 11 PM to a completely dirty room. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned in between guests with the bed, unmade trash strewn throughout the unit, and dirty towels on the ground. There was even a pest inspection sticker dated three days prior to our arrival which suggest that no one had been in the unit for three days since the previous guest had left. We called the host who is Vacasa. The team we spoke to could not get in contact with the local team and provided us no solution to where we should stay for the night. I was told I would get a call back first thing in the morning and didn’t receive a call until noon the next day. Palm Beach is not a cheap place so you could only imagine the cost of a hotel room to replace our accommodations. Terrible customer service.

When we travel we are just looking for a good location and a safe, comfortable place to sleep. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Palm Beach charm and convenience

No frills but embodied the Palm Beach Island lifestyle. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Even walked to the Breakers!

The cheapest stay on Palm Beach

Overall, you’re not going to find a less expensive place to stay on Palm Beach Island. But you also get what you paid for. The pros: it’s safe, great location, easy to get to. The pool was nice. The grocery store across the street was convenient. The public access beach is a few blocks walk. The cons: There was a slice of craft singles cheese on the floor next to the bed - how well could the floor have been cleaned if this was left behind? There was a dead cockroach outside the door to the room the entire time of our stay - how often are the halls vacuumed? Needing the front desk staff to buzz you in every time was super annoying. There were times we had to wait for a lengthy amount of time to get into the building or to get to the pool. The WiFi was shotty at best. We used our personal hot spot when we needed a connection.

Perfectly adequate.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel is central to walking around. Nothing fancy or upscale but good for sleeping on the island. The tv was good. WiFi was good. Entire facility is very old but they continue to upgrade it. Room was clean.

Good thing it is in a good location

Even though I called every day, nothing was done about several hazards/problems that I found in this property. The bed does not have a mattress pad, so this means the only thing separating me and the body fluid on the mattress is a thin sheet. The refrigerator freezer has not been defrosted in a very long time, judging from the 3 inches of thick ice on it. So no ice cubes of any kind could be made. You have to have blinds in order to not have neighbors looking into your room. The blinds provided are very old and will not go down without a constant struggle each day because the old twisted cords are tight and caught. The bathtub is quite old and very slick. I fell in the tub and luckily did not break anything. There has got to be strips or a pad available, this is dangerous. The faucets are backwards - hot is cold, cold is hot. The final thing was that they ask the guest to wash their own dishes and put them away. There is not a dishwasher. I didn't mind the washing, but this means I was trusting the previous guest had done so properly and cleanly. Very concerning overall for health risks. When I called for assistance, I was told they couldn't do anything about my concerns. The only good thing was the valet parking and the convenient location. Please get this place cleaned up and updated!
