The living room at the Birds of Paradise Villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas and sofa bed, lovely artwork, beautiful fabrics, and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, surround sound, internet and music. The home is also stocked with board games and a small number of books for your entertainment.
The back yard has comfortable lounges for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the rear deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even a candle lit intimate dinner. You can even enjoy an evening next to the firepit under the stars.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, dishwasher and all essential appliances including keurig coffee maker, America coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, air fryer and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Main door entrance of the property is facing the private resort colorful flower gardens and exotic pathway lined with Coconut and Palm Trees along the multitude of flowers and plants, perfect for Walking / Jogging / Biking / driving path nested along the villa complex.

Open Concept Main Floor includes a fully appointed open-concept kitchen with kitchen isle counter seating 3 people on high bar style chairs and it comes with all the top-quality appliances and utensils that you will need for cooking and entertaining.
