Luxury Townhouse with Mountain Views & Private Hot Tub

Enjoy the comfort of an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings & large stone fireplace in this well furnished 2000 square foot townhouse.

The townhouse is an end unit offering an abundance of natural light & adjacent to open space. Ample windows throughout provide wonderful mountain views of the Canyons Park City Ski Resort.

Relax & enjoy the view from the deck conveniently located off of the kitchen/dining area. The deck features a table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ. There is also a deck off of the master bedroom with a small table and 2 chairs. The patio behind the townhouse has private hot tub.

The living room has a large chenille sectional with oversized ottoman. For entertainment there is a Sony flat screen tv & Sony home theater system with Blu-ray disc player.

The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats 6 and the island seats 2. There are tile floors in the kitchen/dining area. A highchair & booster seat are available upon request.

Each bedroom features a King size bed with both a down & silk comforter along with high quality cotton linens. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv. There is a queen size futon on the landing outside of the master bedroom. A queen Murphy bed located on the wall as you enter the living room.

The large master tile shower with 'Euro-glass' enclosure. A full bath with tub/shower and 3/4 bath with tiled shower are located on the main floor. All bathrooms have granite countertop.

After a long day of skiing or recreation, relax in the private deluxe spa. It features seating for 6 with lots of jets & colorful LED lighting.

There is a single car garage, 2 car driveway & additional guest parking only a few steps away.

Short term rentals only during ski season, December 1- March 30. No Monthly or long term rentals during ski season. Monthly rates available April 1- November 30.

Wonderful time near P.C. Canyons

The place was great. Very clean, big enough for 3 kids and 3 adults, and quick drive to Park City (free parking for carpools with reservation). Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was great. Checkin and out easy. Would visit again and recommend.

Park City Ski Trip

The condo is nicely furnished, very cozy, has a beautiful gas fireplace, excellent hot tub, and also has the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have property we have used.In addition, the location is perfect for visiting all of the Park City / Deer Valley attractions. Suzy and John are excellent hosts and were very responsive to the couple of questions we had about the area.Definitely 5 star!

Great townhouse, great host

Home was very clean and incredibly well appointed. The kitchen was easily the best I've had with any rental unit for the cookware and spice rack, which was perfect since with a larger group it was much easier to cook than go out. The location is great if you have a car, minutes from anywhere in Park City. Nice hot tub. Suzy responded to any questions almost immediately and was very helpful with logistics. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Another great stay

We’ve stayed here before and hope to be back. Very convenient location, well stocked, ample hot water, and good space for 6 adults and a teen. Loved the hot tub after long ski days. Owner is always helpful.

Epic Spring Break

This place is a must especially if you have skiers and non- skiers in your group. Super convenient to everything, and the house has all you will need! This is our second time here, and will come again!

Great place close to Canyons base

Property was very clean, well stocked, super comfortable and just a mile away from the free Cabriolet lift at the base of Canyons. Perfect base camp for a ski week

Excellent place to stay.

This is an excellent ski property - close to all Park City ski areas and a fairly easy drive to all others. The condo has a very well stocked kitchen and is very comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The hot tub is excellent and you may even get a visit from the neighborhood moose, Mabel. She is very gentle (although I wouldn't try to pet her) and just wants to eat the pin cherries right off the back deck. The management is very responsive to any problems you might have. Everything works well in this condo including the outside grill.

Refreshing and Convenient w a Great Host!

I have rented this property a few times and plan to rent it for longer stays in the future. Particularly convenient to Canyons and to Kimball Junction, I have come to appreciate something about the location each time I visit. Responsive hosts! Exceptional property!

Very nice property

Great location and lots of space

Beautiful views! Great space with lots of privacy for everyone. We especially appreciatedthe garage and regular snow plowing. The 5-8 minute drive to Park City Mountain was super convenient.

Fantastic Family Ski Trip!

The accommodations and communications with Suzy were perfect. She is very responsive! The home is spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Great natural light on the two upper floors. It was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers - gave us bonding time, but plenty of space to enjoy alone time too. Location 10 minutes from Canyons resort was ideal for skiing. Overall 5/5! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!

Quiet and convenient location

Great location, great kitchen

We really love this condo. If you like to cook, it has everything you need. We are 3 couples and the king beds in all 3 bedrooms are a huge plus. Location is excellent and you might even get to see a moose! We named her Mabel the moose. This was our second time and we will be back!

Amazing Park City stay!

Great VRBO for 5 people - we all had a great time! This place is wonderfully set up for two or three couples! Those in the basement bedroom do have to come up to the ground floor to use the bathroom, but the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom on the second floor both have en suite bathrooms and afford a great amount of privacy. The kitchen and living room are great areas for hanging out, and the kitchen is well stocked. Having a covered indoor parking space is also a great plus. Would highly recommend this space for large groups skiing at Park City/Canyons or Deer Valley!

Didn't want to leave

This was our 3rd time in Park City and by far our favorite vacation rental. It was more room than was needed for us as a couple, but it was well worth it. This is an end townhome unit, very quiet and spacious. There's a garage, but our truck wouldn't fit - a car or smaller SUV should fit perfectly. This house was so clean and tidy - we appreciated all of the mats that were strategically placed in the main areas of the home as well as the chairs to remove your boots upon entering. The kitchen was well appointed and we made several meals at home. It would have been nice to have coffee on the ready - especially for travelers who get in late and don't have time to go to the store. Oil/butter would have been an added bonus. We enjoyed eating our breakfast from the bar and looking out of the large picture window. There's plenty of room at the table for 6 guests and 2 more at the bar. There was a great little styrofoam cooler in the garage that we used to pack our lunches in for the mountain for skiing and left in our truck. The entire house was so clean and appropriately decorated - I felt so comfortable and at home. We watched movies by the cozy fire and played card games on the ottoman in the living room. The sofa does feel like it needs to be replaced as it sinks down in one spot - we tried to rearrange the cushions, but no luck. Throw blankets would have been nice to have in the living room; we used an extra comforter instead. Additionally, the main bed on the ground level was fairly comfortable, but there is a "hump" in the middle so it might need to be turned or replaced soon. We appreciated the TV in the bedroom. The showers were hot and we never ran low on hot water. There was bar soap, shampoo and body wash for use. We also appreciated the first-aid kit as my partner suffered a minor injury. Additionally, the laundry room was well-appointed and worked well for our stay. One of our favorite things about this rental was the hottub - such a nice treat after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was clean, worked well, and is very private. We look forward to staying here next year, but I am already ready to go back :) Thanks, Suzy!
