★ WILDLIFE ★
Ucluelet is a small seaside town surrounded by wilderness. Please do not leave any food or garbage outside! Bears and other wildlife frequent the neighbourhood, be cautious of your surroundings and it’s a good idea to carry bear spray.

★ THE DRIVE TO UCLUELET ★
Portions of the drive to Ucluelet have limited reception and limited gas stations or stores. Plan to fill up in Port Alberni - the last major hub for your grocery/supply/restaurant needs before you reach the town. You can also get groceries and gas in town when you arrive.
