Great location

We enjoyed our stay and found the location excellent. Had a few issues at check in but response was quick and resolved issues promptly.

We loved the property. Easy access to beach and walking distance to shopping and food. The only negative was that the hot tub was not working.

Unfortunately, the hot tub is managed by the community association and is not something we control directly. According to the community management, it is currently operating. Great location!!

The property was perfect for us! Close to the beach and the pool! The area wasn't overly crowded. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

The condo was in a Great Location! We loved the beach access and close to all the shopping and restaurants. It had a pool for the kiddos. The Condo was clean and had what we needed. We would defiantly stay again.

The condo and location were great. I felt like the place could’ve been cleaner, lots of dust on ceiling fans, and HVAC closet door. also lots of sand on the floor. Obviously, we do expect some sand being by the beach, but there seem to be an excess. Pool was small.We did enjoy the stay

Beautiful property

The condo was beautiful. The beach was right across the street. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Communication was excellent, all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Family vacation

Great place had an awesome stay. Had an issue with parking that we weren’t aware of but the manager was more than helpful with the issue. There is only 1 parking spot per condo no parking for guests vehicles. Other than that we had a great stay and short walk across the street to the beach.

Great location cozy beds

My family of 6 stayed here and it was very cozy. The beds were super comfortable, easy access to the beach. Best of all I accidentally left an expensive necklace and they mailed it right back to me. Very nice to work with. The only thing I didnt like was after a day or two you would have to buy all your own supplies: toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and whatever supplies left behind get thrown out or the maids keep.

Wonderful Experiences in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alerio was Clean, Safe development in Destin across the street from the beach. Enjoyed having close access to the grocery, shops and most importantly the Beach. World class Beach With restaurants and bars within a walk on the beach or street. 15 minute drive to 30 A and Destin Harbor. Will definitely return to this area. Would stay at Alerio again. I found the People and Businesses care in this area. Simply good food and people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean, except for the bag of trash left on the kitchen counter. The condo is updated and close to the beach. The master bathroom shower leaks. We had two vehicles and had to pay $150 to park at the RV park down the road. So, other than some minor repairs needed and parking it was a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was an okay stay. The unit wasn’t the cleanest and the walls could definitely use some paint. Only sheets no type of cover/blanket We had to go buy a couple. We were not supplied with a parking pass initially and received a tow notice twice during our visit. Being so close to the beach I would recommend supplying some type of beach items (chairs, wagon, etc).

We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback. Due to a miscommunication, the condo was not clean for your early check in. But, once it was cleaned, if you were not satisfied with the clean, we can get housekeepers back out usually within an hour or two. We would've been glad to bring you blankets (or reimbursed you for your purchases) had we known none were left. (Looking back at communication I do not see where a re-clean was requested or you were in need of blankets after HK left). We will pass along to owner that paint could use some sprucing up. As for beach items, it is truly a challenge to provide these given lack of storage in these condos. I'm sure you probably saw several of these items sitting outside front doors for that very reason. Again, thank you for you feedback. We hope you'll choose to stay with us again in the future at this, or one of our many condos/homes that routinely receive 5 star reviews.

Good Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Location, short walk to the beach, clean, spacious unit, big TVs, 1 parking spot per unit (good for 1 family), balcony to watch the traffic of people and cars, cool, gated community with digital access to the gate and unit. Cons: No bath towels (only hand towels and wash towels) we had to buy towels, ceiling fan in master br was noisy, TV remotes most of them were not working, per notice on the fridge: “please take time to leave the property in good order. Trash should be taken out to the dumpster and dishes washed. Please. Neglecting to follow the departure requirements may result in additional cleaning charges at $75/hr.” Not to mention that the cleaning fee I paid was $230. Lack of cooking pans. While we were out, somebody accessed our unit to deliver groceries without our knowledge. We didn’t order groceries, but whoever delivered it he/she was given access to the unit. The good thing was the groceries were for us keep. Lol. (I guess part of that should be on the Pros.Lol)I would recommend the place if Cons are fixed (which are fixable)
