This property was very close to where I had activities during my stay, which is why I chose it. The property was impeccably clean and sufficiently well-appointed. The host and on-site property manager were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. I was a single traveler, and although the property could sleep a couple more, it was perfect for my needs. I thought the rate was quite reasonable and a good value. Should I have the same event next year, I would definitely come back to this property!

Host was great easy to get in contact with and checked in with me to make sure everything was good. WiFi was great was able to play online without issue unlike a hotel so that was a huge plus. Overall would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! We did not get to stay at this house due to a plumbing issue but the owner was quick to communicate and move us to another place. Overall we had a great time and it's close to lots of stores. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds.

Wonderful stay!Had an excellent experience at this property! The home was spotless when arrived -everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the stay-which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The motion-sensor lights when entering property were an added bonus for safety on the quiet cul-de-sac. Communication with the host was fantastic-questions answered quickly and thoroughly, often within minutes. It's clear they truly care about making sure guests have a great experience.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed place to stay.

Excellent Stay

This place was super calm, just what you need for a mini get away. The place was clean, more than enough space for just myself. if you have a party of 4 everyone would be comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

The photos of the property were very accurate. Nicely updated super clean unit. The host was phenomenal, very accommodating!!! We had a group of six people and We very comfortable in the unit.

Adorable refuge

This apartment was so adorable. Super clean and the furniture is practically new. You feel like you’re staying in a show room is how serene it is. The host was amazing at communicating and answering any inquiries I had. Shopping centers are super close for anything needed. The entry to the apartment is easy and very private/convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Clean and comfortable

George was a great host, he responded quickly. The place was very clean and pretty much everything looked brand new. It was very comfortable and cozy. The only negatives was that the internet was being really slow and the garbage disposer did not work so the kitchen sink would backup after running the water for a little bit.

not much view a l'il warm and personally we just can't do stairs anymore but that's on Us. Would've been 5* but need better A/C. However very peaceful & safe feeling overall.

Do not stay here.

This property was basically out of a horror movie. Trash & junk everywhere on the homes premises. This apartment was upstairs above a home with another apartment below ( this was never disclosed on the site) As I checked in from an unsecured lock, the place smelled extremely foul from someone’s cooking either from downstairs or don’t know where, but it was disgusting. I did not feel safe in this apartment nor in the surrounding neighborhood, very sketchy. Since it smelled so foul and the premises were full of junk & trash , I informed owner as I was leaving. I did not feel safe nor could I stay in this junky neighborhood. I told him I wanted a refund , owner said no. I have personally managed & owned rental properties & when the customer is unsatisfied in this situation, you give them a refund. The owners said no. VRBO will be refunding the weekend. I would love to post my photos of this place, but trust me, do not stay here!

Unfortunate negative experience with host.

I booked this property from 7/2-7/12 on behalf of my aunt because it was located near where my uncle is undergoing cancer treatments and the host confirmed that it was not a problem. From 7/2-7/6, my aunt went to the property daily to shower only—never stayed overnight. On 7/6, 2 family members came to visit my uncle and stayed for one night. In the morning of 7/2, my aunt called the host because she could not find the remote to the AC, the host scolded her and said he was in the process of terminating the rental agreement and initiating an investigation with VRBO and hung up the call. The host alleged that the property was (1) being sublet and (2) that breakers were damaged (which coincidently occurred the same night there was a party in the host’s main home). My aunt could then not access the property with the same code she had used the entire time. The host also sent me a penal code citation with the following text: “defrauded an innkeeper…to obtain a good or service from a business without paying for it.” Confusing since payment was taken through VRBO at the time of booking, and there was an “an additional guest fee” charged as well. Given the accusations and rudeness towards my aunt, my aunt did not return after 7/6. I requested to be refunded the nightly fee only for 4-days (although there were 5 days remaining on the reservation). The host declined this resolution.
