My Parents' House in the Spa and Grottoes area

Beautiful cottage, ideal for a weekend, a rustic style but with all the comforts, Wifi with 55"Smart TV, theater and netflix speakers, palapa with kitchen and barbecue, large garden and a small pool with thermal spring water. Up to 20 water parks and thermal spas available in the area, 4 of them you can walk from the house.
1 hour from the Grottos of Tolantongo and La Gloria
The space
Away from the city saturation in the middle of a unique garden in the desert area and very close to the spas, even walking to Las Cuevitas Park, Las Pocitas, Dauthi and El Manantial. Less than 5 minutes to God Father, Thepe, and Tepathe.
There's a small dirt section to get to.
Guest access
The whole house is rented and you will have access to everything, the land is spacious and nothing is shared, the house is equipped with everything you need, You can use the kitchen utensils and basic products of the pantry.
Other things to note
You can use the tv netflix to watch movies or series and use home theater speakers. I also have Blu-ray DVDs.
**I've been working on this house for a long time and there's always something left to finish, but the house is ready to welcome guests.
**It only has 2 bedrooms but I have 1 single mattress, 1 cot, living room sofa and inflatable mattresses.
**The downstairs bathroom is under renovation but can be used as a half bathroom
** Provided several things to my guests like water, paper, shampoo, and some cooking things like coffee, sugar, salt, dish soap etc.
**I allow pets but with restrictions and extra charge, please check.
**I try not to impose rules on guests and to make you feel like you are in your house, the only thing I do not allow is smoking inside.
** Consider that there are many dogs around, although 90% of the nights are quiet, sometimes they can bark a lot and be uncomfortable if you are very susceptible to noise, also the roosters, chickens and birds sing in the morning...
