Family friendly country escape! Only 3 miles from I75 and 7 miles from Hwy 82. Minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and the welcoming town of Tifton. The cottage is 1200 sq feet with 10' ceilings with central air conditioning and heat.
The cottage has 3 queen size bedrooms. The bedrooms have a dresser with mirror, chest, nightstands, chairs, lamps and closets. The large open concept living area has an electric fire place and a pull out sofa. There are several club chairs and an easy chair. Plus a dining table for 6.
The kitchen is supplied with Paula Dean pots and pans. There is a full size fridge, stove and microwave. There is a toaster, Keurig, George Forman grill, a blender and assorted cooking sheets, mixing bowls & casserole dishes. Dinnerware and silverware are supplied, too. There are plenty of pods for the Keurig and we include coffee mate creamer, sugar and artificial sweeteners at the coffee station.
In addition to the 2 queen size bedrooms, there are 2 queen size air mattresses, a twin floor mattress, a pack n play bed, a pull out sofa bed and plenty of bedding, pillows and blankets.
For babies/toddlers, in addition to the pack n play, there is a a snap together play area that can be used indoors or outdoors. And, there is a baby booster with tray that can be fastened to a dining chair. A toddler cup, plate and utensils are supplied.
There is a screen porch and a front porch for enjoying the great outdoors. In addition, there is a large grilling area in the backyard with a gas fire pit, seating and a swing. The cottage is located on an acre of land.
