The closest beach access is directly across A1A at a popular handicap-accessible beachfront park with restrooms, outdoor showers, a splash pad, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds, making it an easy beach day for families. A Pizza Hut, a popular bar and grill, and a seafood restaurant are all within a 5 minute walk of the home.

Mermaid Manor is one of the most walkable vacation rentals in the Daytona Beach area. International Speedway Blvd, known for its bars, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, is just 0.3 miles away. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk, the Main Street Pier, and the Ocean Center are only 0.6 miles from the home, about a 1 minute drive or an easy walk. Parking near the boardwalk can be overwhelming during busy weekends and events, so being able to walk there makes your trip truly stress-free. Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, Ocean Walk Shoppes, and the Daytona Beach Bandshell are all about a 3 minute drive away.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright family room with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. Next to the family room is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay, along with a dining area for family meals. Near the kitchen you'll find a full bathroom and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

From the dining area, step into the air-conditioned sun room, known locally as a Florida room. Decorated in colorful Margaritaville style, it's the perfect spot to enjoy that laid-back Florida feeling without leaving the A/C.

The Florida room opens to the private fenced backyard, where an outdoor dining set is ready for meals in the sunshine. Further back, fun fish-shaped Adirondack chairs sit on a paved circle, and lifeguard-style chairs let you sit back, relax, and breathe in the ocean air.

The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun, and every bedroom has a mounted TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combo sits between the two guest bedrooms.

Parking for this home is limited to 2 spaces in the driveway, and there is no garage. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request. One exterior security camera faces outward over the front entrance. All TVs are new Smart TVs and do not include cable, but you're welcome to sign in to your own streaming services. The home is near a drivable section of Daytona Beach, so you also have the option to drive onto the beach.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
